can you draw a face
One way to draw a face better is to really work at drawing ONLY what you see, not what you think you see. If you are drawing an imaginary person, try to look at your own or someone else's face and notice details on people's faces. Notice how slight curves and facial structure age a person. Make sure that most of it is shading, not hard lines. Really practice and if there is facial expressions, make sure you draw all the cheekbone lines, (like if they are laughing or smiling) and eyebrow curves, facial structure lines, etc. Drawing faces can be difficult, but the more you do it, the easier it gets. Remember that it is easier if you do the basic structure of the face first, and then add detail piece by piece. Drawing faces will be much easier after practice.
A protective relay is a complex electromechanical apparatus, often with more than one coil, designed to calculate operating conditions on an electrical circuit and trip circuit breakers when a fault was found. Unlike switching type relays with fixed and usually ill-defined operating voltage thresholds and operating times, protective relays had well-established, selectable, time/current (or other operating parameter) curves. Such relays were very elaborate, using arrays of induction disks, shaded-pole magnets, operating and restraint coils, solenoid-type operators, telephone-relay style contacts, and phase-shifting networks to allow the relay to respond to such conditions as over-current, over-voltage, reverse power flow, over- and under- frequency, and even distance relays that would trip for faults up to a certain distance away from a substation but not beyond that point. An important transmission line or generator unit would have had cubicles dedicated to protection, with a score of individual electromechanical devices. The various protective functions available on a given relay are denoted by standard ANSI Device Numbers. For example, a relay including function 51 would be a timed overcurrent protective relay. These protective relays provide various types of electrical protection by detecting abnormal conditions and isolating them from the rest of the electrical system by circuit breaker operation. Such relays may be located at the service entrance or at major load centers. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Relay
How much should a 18 year old weight if they are 5'1?
Usually, one can know what an healthy weight would be for them by looking at their BMI (Body mass Index). A normal BMI will be between around 19 and 24.9. Below that, it is a sign of being underweight and over that, overweight. For adults : (weight in pounds x 703)/ (height in inches X height in inches). Hence, your weight, according to this, should be somewhere between 105 and 130 pounds if you wish to be healthy. That's a pretty big margin. However, do not forget that BMI is merely one indicator of an healthy weight and that other variables are important to take into consideration such as your muscles mass and your waist size.
Is a two year old Rottie too young to have puppies?
No, that's not too young. I have a rottie and shes 1 and has had puppies.
I didn't realize that Rotweillers had the reputation of a "sickly" dog on average. They are large dogs and so, are inclined to the problems that all large dogs have. That is issues with their heart, hips, and sometimes spine. Not to mention, large dogs can get into areas, and therefore problems, that smaller dogs can't. So, they have a set of enviromental issues all their own. Also, if they are pure breeds, their chance is increased that they may suffer from some problems or issues caused from cross breeding too close, or inbreeding. But, the typical problems facing a large, heavy framed dog, will be faced by all breeds with a similar conformation. If you are considering acquiring one, you might want to check with your vet. They can give you detailed information regarding their experience, and most are happy to share health stats., and info., with a potential new owner. If you have already seen a puppy or dog you like and are considering sharing your life with, you might want to get your vet to look them over, just as a precaution. The vet might think of things that you haven't considered yet, and, this is a great way to begin your relationship with your vet. He will have medical and health records from the start, and this is important for both you, your pet, and your future together.
Are Rotweillers illegal in England?

Can a husky fight off an attacking rottweiler?
The husky could defeat the rottweiler, but it might be a little bit injured since the rottweiler is so strong in fighting. It's likely that the husky would not get seriously injured since it has thick fur/deep muscles to protect itself from the Rottweiler's strong bites, especially on the throat.

Why do Rotties lick? Well I'll tell you that Rotties arent the only breed that licks! I had a Maltese for eleven years and she was always licking: people, toys, the floor, her paws, etc. As for why...well, many reasons. If the dog is licking itself it could be a quick "cleaning", they could be itchy, it could be a nervous habit, they could have hot-spots, etc. I would see your vet if they are continually licking themselves, especially if the fur is falling out. If they are licking an object or floor it could be because of a lingering taste like food, boredom, play. If you are the one being licked it could be because you taste good ^_^ or the dog is licking the salt off your skin. Dogs also show submission by licking, so that could be it too.
What a stupid question!
WhileYoutube does monitor for questionable content they cannot look over every submission. They rely to a large extent on people reporting questionable content.
So there is a chance that someone may post something inappropriate which you child may see before youtube can delete it.
well it depends what your child wants to do if they want to post videos of them selves i don't think that's to safe slide show videos are the best for kids to make
