How many points in NC for running a red light?
You did not post your state so it is impossible to accurately answer your question. Some states do not have point systems and others have point systems that are different from other states. The only way to know for sure is to contact your DMV.
There is also a difference in insurance points and drivers license points.
As a general rule a red light ticket is two points when the ticket is issued by an officer and no points if issued by a camera.

Can you draw unemployment from a state you once lived in?
Interesting question. I think it depends on how far the job moved. Like, if you have a job in Kansas City Kansas and it moves to Kansas City Missouri - being adjoining cities - probably not because you could still drive to work. I'm sure if your job was moved farther away, your employer would terminate your employment and you could draw unemployment. Phone your local unemployment office and ask.

How must is a ticket for selling alcohol to a minor in California?
First, you don't get a ticket for that. You get charged. However, it depends on the age; if by you meant someone under legal drinking age, that's a misdemeanor and carries a $250 fine and/or between 24-32 hours of community service. There's also a separate charge if that underage person causes injury or death to themselves or someone else (look up CA Code - Section 25658), which can result in a $1,000 fine and jail time. If you actually meant a minor (i.e. an individual under the age of 18), then that's considered "contributing to the delinquency of a minor" and carries a fine of up to $2,500 and up to a year in jail. Finally, if it's not your first offense of this nature, the punishment is more severe.

Can a man own a rifle if his wife is a convicted felon?
Assuming we are talking about the United States, the short answer is no, it does not affect your ability to own one. However, having it in the same house may possibly be an issue. A felon cannot own or possess firearms, but if the felon lives in a house with a firearm, but absolutely cannot access it, he technically hasn't broken any law, but, it's possible that it could be a problem if some legal issue arose. The best thing to do might be to check with your local or state district attorney.
How long do you have to keep mental health records?

If you quit the first job through no fault of the employer, but for your own convenience, that job would not offer you unemployment. On the other hand, if you qualified on the new job, as to time on the job, earnings, reason for leaving, etc. then it would be a whole new ball game. So forget the first one and concentrate on qualifying on the last one.

Can you file for unemployment if you are fired?
depends on the reason you were fired. Actually the chances are greater if you are fired because it was not your decision to leave the job. i can use myself for an example. I was working as a gas attendant. A customer drove off with $30.00 in gas and I was $5.00 short in my register giving me a total shortage of $35.00. The maxium you are allowed to be short without getting fired was $25.00 on this particular job. So they terminated me. However, i was still able to get unemployment. On the other hand my husband got into a fight on his job and was terminated however, he was not able to collect unemployment. So as you can see...it depends on the reason.
Sure can, that's its purpose.
Each state has its own rules. Generally, if you were fired for good cause, you will not receive unemployment or it may have a longer waiting period than if you were laid off.
Most states have an appeals process. If you are denied unemployment, you should begin the appeals process. Most employers (few people seem to know this) do not follow up if the former employee appeals the denial of benefits. After going through the appeals process successfully, you get your benefits that you worked for and paid for.
