How do you get your previous employer to send you your W2 when he won't return your call or email?
It is completely illegal for an employer or previous employer to withold your W2 form(s) from you. You need to contact the IRS immediately and if you get lucky, they might even fine them for withholding a legal document. Try going to www.irs.gov and searching for information. If that doesn't work, search for a local IRS branch or tax official and contact them yourself. Good Luck!

What tax form do you use if you had unemployment benefits in 2008?
Unemployment benefits are reported to you on Form 1099-G (Certain Government Payments). If you had unemployment benefits, you can file any of the 1040 series. Form 1040EZ is Income Tax Return for Single and Joint Filers with No Dependents. It's the easiest form. If you're single or married filing jointly with no dependents and your only source of income was unemployment, then you should file Form 1040EZ. Depending on the complexity of your situation, you may need to file either Form 1040A or Form 1040. For 2008 unemployment benefits, you enter the full amount from line 1 (unemployment compensation) onto line 3 of 1040EZ or line 13 of 1040A or line 19 of 1040. For 2009 returns, report the amount in box 1 of 1099-G that is in excess of $2,400. In other words, $2,400 of your unemployment benefits are excluded from your income, and therefore from tax, for 2009.
Can you file a law suit due to the motion of relief from stay due to stress?
Wow...really trying to find others at fault for your actions aren't you? So, you made promises to pay things and didn't. Enough of them that you filed bankruptcy for protection. (Well consider too, the not paying as you agreed, and the filing for bankruptcy is certainly a very stressful thing for those relying on you acting as you promised and to pay). The BK forced these people, by issuing a stay (and taking away their rights to act against you), to not bother you anymore and to accept that they have to put up with whatever hardship your causing them, and the court tells them to. AND your given another chance, to pay at least some of the debt, under new more favocrable to you terms, and you agree and promise to do so. Then you don't abide by that agreement either. So the court agrees to lift that stay and let the people you've now consistantly lied to, cost huge problems and inconvenience to, etc., to go about collecting against you. Oh, they also gave you a chance to say why the stay shouldn't be lifted, but apparently, you didn't bother, or had no good reason to give. More likely they should be able to sue you for all the stress and disrespect you've caused them, breaking agreements to them, the court, society, well everyone and every way...but they really can't...all they can try and do is get what is owed to them...and you promised (many times) to pay. But it's stressful for you that they are following the rules of the court you brought them too? Pathetic.

Can you include bounced checks in a bankruptcy with criminal charges pending on the checks?
You can and should include the bounced checks, but that will only take care of any civil liability.
If the criminal case results in a fine or jail sentence, the bankruptcy will have no effect on that. If the criminal court orders restitution, chances are the bankruptcy will not affect that either, but some states have different rules.
