The information I have indicates it is inside the fuse box, which is in the engine compartment (under the hood), on the driver's side of the firewall. While the fuses are accessible under a swing out cover, the relay you seek is under a panel secured by screws right next to the fuse compartment.

Replace the heater/airconditioner fan relay. See other Q & A regarding heater fan running when ignition/engine off. A real pain--drains battery quickly.

I'm assuming you have like the SC1 or something. Yes. Steel rims can easily be fixed. Hammer the dents out - or if you don't mind paying the 20 bucks, you can take it to a tire shop and they'll do it for you. Probably a better idea to have them do it, you'll want it rebalanced afterwards.
Flip side, steel rims new are only like 50 bucks, or 20 at a junkyard.. put a nice hubcab over it and it'll look just like your others.
HOWEVER:Alloy rims should not be straightened. The SL2 and other upper end Saturn's came original equipment with Alloy's, and bending the rim typically causes significant metal fatigue and the rim will fail... not a pleasant experience.How do I fix 93 Volvo horn that is broken?

my 1992 Sable GS 3.0 developed a 32 code (air bag). Turns out the problem is caused by the "clock spring" which is the electric harness inside the steering wheel. Cost me $95 for that diagnosis and a $ 600 estimate for "fixing" it.
Problem remains unsolved.
I had a 2002 mountineer that was flashing 1-9. I decided not to pay the price to find out specifically what was at fault because I had already paid for what was stated as the resolution. I was told by a ford mechanic the best guess was the "clockspring" which I ordered on the internet for about $60 and installed it myself with no prior experience removing air bag and steering wheel in about 2 hours in the hot sun. Dealer quoted time was for one(1) hour. IT SOLVED MY PROBLEM!!!! I am very pleased. Hope this helps,. Al
FYI --- All it means is that the drivers side airbag isn't grounded somewhere. It shouldn't cost a whole lot. Usually I have to fix the codes after the vehicle has been wrecked..... Marlena

Try wiggling the key after you start it. The ignition switches in these are notorious for wear and this causes a multitude of symptoms, including yours. The good news it is very simple to replace and relatively inexpensive. Other symptoms are cutting off soon after starting, dash lights remaining on, shift lock not disengaging, and other stuff. If jiggling it dosn't work try holding pressure on the key after starting it but stop just short of grinding the starter. If it does grind its ok but just back off a hair and see if your symptoms subside.

How do you reset the Service light on a 1995 Volvo 850 GLT?
Under the hood on the right (passenger) side is a rectangular diagnostic port. Turn the ignition key key to the second position. In the "A" side of the port you take the terminal there and put it in the number 4 hole. Press the black button 4 times in one second intervals. There is a red diode there that will flash on when you depress the button. After the fourth press of the button there the light will come back on. This is called mode 4. Now press the button once, wait for the light to come back on then press it again 5 times, when the light comes back on press it 1 more time. After this the diode should start flashing rapidly by itself indicating a completed reset. You may have to practice a little but each time you do it wrong turn the key off and the back on to start the cycle again. The engine must not run!

That is not entirely true. Smaller model (C30, c40) do have a manual transmission options. Higer end models (S60, S80) do not (as of 2009 models). for the S80, for example, you get a 6 speed Geartronic transmission, that's it, no options.
Can you fix the OFF code on your 850 Volvo radio?
The OFF code on your Volvo radio stays on after the user has entered the wrong radio code three times or more. OFF actually means On but is in locked mode. To reset this problem so that you can re-enter your correct code, you must leave the radio on showing "OFF" for two hours, sounds ridiculous but its true, just did it myself last night. Make sure you have correct radio code, if not sure, call Volvo and they most likely will give it to you over the phone, just have your vehicles vin number handy. One last note, keep ignition in first accessory position while keeping raido powered for two hours. Once your radio is left on for two hours, CODE should appear, then just enter the four digit code and youre back in business:)
