What does wart remover do to a tattoo?
Products such as Dr. Scholl's Freeze Away and Compound W Freeze Off use dimethyl ether and propane combination to freeze the wart, allowing it to fall off. When used on a tattoo, it causes the same 'side effect' by causing the skin to form a blister and eventually peel off in a sheet. I have tried every method of tattoo removal, and by far this is the most efficient. Lasering the tattoo is very expensive and not to mention painful. Wrecking balm didn't work for me as it is just a vibrating sander applied directly to the skin. Some plastic surgeon offices are now using similar methods for tattoo removal, yet the pricing is steep. Just make sure to be sanitary as with all procedures. Oh, and no lotions, you want to skin to remain as dry as possible to allow the skin to 'chap' and peel away.

Very good question, indeed! This type of question was my main reason to start with answering. So, let's start! Recurrence rate for type of disease is 30-50 % and education about prevention is strongly recommended.
General notes about prevention can be found all over Internet but I'll write some of them here:
- avoid waking barefoot on messy surfaces like woods, garages etc.,
- proper personal skin hygiene is most important tip for cellulitis prevention,
- sturdy, comfortable shoes, fitting cotton socks too,
- people who already experienced cellulitis must seek for medical attention if they notice inflammation on skin for 1-2 days and advances from one day to next
- protection from minor skin troubles is important too and proper protection in case of them ( washing and cleaning with constantly checking after in period of 3-5 days)

Apple cider vinegar or distilled vinegar. Soak a cotton ball with vinegar and place over wart. Cover the entire cotton ball with a band aid and medical tape so that no air comes in contact with the area. I read that it could take up to a week, but my daughter went to bed with this remedy. When she woke up and took off the bandage, the wart had fallen off. It was a little red and sensitive for a couple of days but absolutely no scarring. The wart has not come back and it's been about 4 months.

Compound W! You can buy it at most drug stores, it will take a couple of weeks, you're doctor will tell you "that stuff never works." It works. They wouldn't sell it if it didn't. Or, you could use duct tape.
With the duct tape, you have to apply the duct tape over the ENTIRE wart. Once a week, take the tape off and rub the wart with a pumice stone, to remove the dead skin. After 6-8 weeks, the wart should be gone. Personally, I would go for the compound W. It's much less visible, and it doesn't take quite as long.
It depends where the wart is. I would assume it is in area of thicker skin such as the hand or foot. There are many wart treatments and all work some of the time but none work every time. In addition, they can recur. Probably, the easiest treatment involves a homeopathic remedy,Thuja 30X or 30C. You place 3 to 9 pills daily under your tongue daily and let dissolve. DO NOT SWALLOW (won't work). 80% of the time the wart falls off in 3 to 4 weeks. A bottle of 100 pills, available at many health food stores, should be less than $10.00.

AwnserIt depends who used the liquid nitrogen if you had bought it urself then maybe u need to find cheaper products is used boots own brand of verucca and wart gel and found this more effective than the liquid nitogen i bought in boots.I had the same problem. I had about 6 warts on my hands, used the liquid nitrogen and there was no improvment. I then got a job in a old book store, where I was dealing with older moldy books, within a month all my warts disapperard. I don't know how this worked, but my doctor said there is something in the dust/mould that got rid of them. So I don't know get reading?!
It's true a number of over the counter wart removals do contain some amount of iodine, however, this ingredient is not responsible for the removal on it's own. And from a medical perspective removing warts with unconventional treatments can often result in more harm than good. I manage a pawn shop, we use different concentrations of muriatic and nitric acid to test the purity of gold before buying it. The concentration meant to test 22kt gold is probably the way to go. You can buy it for about $5 a bottle at any jewelry supply store.
My advise would be to remove as much of the "dead" tissue around the wart as you can stand, then apply a small drop of the acid. A word of warning, it's going to burn, and itch, and turn bright yellow. Wait a day or two, repeat the tissue removal, then reapply the acid. The wart will swiftly turn white, it will be vastly more painful than the first time, then the tissue will turn necrotic and scab over. It'll take a few weeks, but eventually it'll fall off.
