A better question is why do you think your getting a warrant and how is it related to this vehicle. You filed under repossession, and to my knowledge you cannot get a warrant for hiding something from being repo'd. Its called 'enditall' and is free or can be downloaded from me if u contact me. If brings up all system processes and allows you to 'close' or 'kill' all background unnecssary processes.

The error you are getting is showing where specifically the program crashed, and for most people, its a bunch of garbage. Basically, the game is crashing at some particular line of code that cannot be read or accessed by the game. This can be due to a file or some part of the game being corrupted or damaged. You can try reinstalling the game, and if not, it may be the hard drive messing up or even the RAM.

I suspect you're looking for the web information transfer standard. It stands for Simple Object Access Protocol. It was created for the purpose of transferring information to different computer systems with uniformity and is related to XML (eXtensible Markup Language). The most recent version I am aware of is 1.2, released sometime in 2007.
