If AT&T agents promises services that will allow a customer to combine his or her telephone bill, cellphones, television, and internet after credit check has been ran and I begin selecting two cellphones in the color of black and red will AT&T honor the agreement? On November 25, 2008 at approx. 3:00 p.m. I contacted an AT&T Agent to determine if I could save money my combining my home telephone bill, cell phone bill, television, and internet service. The AT&T Agent offered me a bundle that would include all of the services mentioned above as well as 700 shared minutes, two new cellphones in the colors black and red. I would also receive $100.00 dollars in cash back, unlimited nights and weekends beginning at 7:00 p.m., mobile to mobile service free, 200 instant messaging, my bill would be billed $171.00 a month. This price included all taxes. On November 28, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. I contacted AT&T to determine the progress made on the shipment of my new cellphones. I was told that the cellphones would not be included in the bundle even though I was promised by the AT&T agent that the order would be shipped. The reason that AT&T refused to ship the cellphones is because of a supposed past due bill which totaled $800.00 in 2004. The number given to me at that time was 404-625-0298. I do not owe a past due amount to AT&T Wireless in the amount of $800.00 dollars. My current AT&t Wireless balance is $62.00 dollars which I made arrangement to pay on December 5, 2008. I have been a faithful and loyal customer of both AT&T landline and AT&T Wireless for a number of years. Whenever I make arrangements to pay a bill I always honor that commitment. I feel that I have been lied to simply to get me into a contract with Dish Network for television service. I spent a total of four hours on the telephone today being bounced from one customer service departmnt to another. While being told that their is nothing the agent could do. The AT&T landline wants to blame AT&T Wireless for the problem and vice visa. The At&T Agents that I spoke with are as followed: 1. Vannessa Edwards 2. Jennifer Belyea 3. Mr. Sanders 4. Mr. Mitchell No help was offered. When I asked to speak with Supervisors or Managers I was told by AT&T Agents that they were all on vacation. How can that be I wondered? All I want is an apology and what was promised to me by the agent. If not I would like to be release from the Dish network contract that I was misled to accept on the promise of bundling all my bills. I was with Direct TV and I was not under contract. Now I am tied into a contract and At&T refuses to honor their end of the agreement.

How the concept of marketing was evolved from the concept of production and selling?
The Concept of Marketing was evolved since production and selling concepts were not fully encompassing (or manifesting ) the right position of the customers. As it is known production concept emphasizes on efficient production and distribution of products because the demand in the market is greater than the supply. When we come to the selling concept the demand in the market is equal to the supply. thus so as to sell there products companies will use promotional efforts aggressively. Because they have the thought that consumers will not think of buying our products. And it is appropriate for unsought goods such as insurance and encyclopedias. Moving away from the afforementioned thoughts, unfortunately, there is still a misunderstanding about the word marketing. Many people, including top executives, use it as a sophisticated term for selling. Actually, marketing is a way of managing a business so that each critical business decision is made with full knowledge of the impact it will have on the customer. Here are some specific ways in which the marketing approach differs from the classic, or sales, approach to managing a business. 1. In the classic approach, engineers and designers create a product, which is then given to salespeople who are told to find customers and sell the product. In the marketing approach, the first step is to determine what the customer needs or wants. That information is given to designers who develop the product and finally to engineers who produce it. Thus, the sales approach only ends with the customer, while the marketing approach begins and ends with the customer. 2. The second major difference between the sales and marketing approaches is the focus of management. The sales approach almost always focuses on volume while the marketing approach focuses on profit. In short, under the classic (sales) approach the customer exists for the business, while under the marketing approach the business exists for the customer. The marketing concept is a management plan that views all marketing components as part of a total system that requires effective planning, organization, leadership and control. It is based on the importance of customers to a firm, and states that: All company policies and activities should be aimed at satisfying customer needs.
Profitable sales volume is a better company goal than maximum sales volume. I think this the idea that I have for the posted question.
Where are Amway stores located in Washington and Oregon?
Amway does not have stores. It is a Network Marketing business which means that you purchase through an Independent Business Owner, and if you join the business then in turn you can receive discounts and earn revenue off the purchases of the people that you get involved in the business. Once you become an IBO you can then make purchases direct through their website / or over the phone / by mail & products will be delivered to your door.

if you're interested in learning more or joining the business, send me a message on www.myspace.com/merlinblackmore
If you are interested in becoming an Amway IBO, PLEASE read Eric Scheibeler's Merchants of Deception. There is, essentially, no reason for this company to exist. What they sell is easily obtained from any number of retail stores, usually at lower prices than Amway offers them and sometimes with higher quality. The whole business revolves around two things: building "downlines" by "showing the plan" and "breaking kits," and selling tools--motivational CDs to tell you how to run a more successful Amway business. The two biggest players in Amway who aren't named DeVos are Dexter Yager and Bill Britt. Both men own CD duplication plants that, among other things, generate tools by the boatload. They also have massive, international-scope downlines. Yager's downline has been described as containing "hundreds of thousands of distributors."
All over the place. This is the worst application that has ever been created. It infiltrates every area of the os and a flood of reg keys. When I bought my Dell I specifically told them not to load any AOL on my PC. As a standard, they load it and is good for 6 months. I didn't want it at all because it is pure garbage.

Why are gay men so sneaky about being gay?
If society wasn't so worried about who someone was sleeping with, it wouldn't be a big deal. Unless you are interested in being in a relationship with the person, it really isn't yours or anyones business. There are a lot of people who feel that being gay is wrong, usually for supposedly religious reasons and will often get physical about it. There is also the very real possibility of losing a job or in some places your housing if you rent. Until society as a whole figures out that being gay is normal for those who are and gets over it, there will always be some need to be careful about where and when one comes out.
I do not know why created Yahoo, but i believe that it was 2 people at first creating a site to track their days on. If you google History of Yahoo then you should find it.
In January 1994, Stanford graduate students Jerry Yang and David Filo created a website named "Jerry's Guide to the World Wide Web." Jerry's Guide to the World Wide Web was a directory of other websites, organized in a hierarchy, as opposed to a searchable index of pages.
In April 1994, "Jerry's Guide to the World Wide Web" was renamed "Yahoo!". Filo and Yang said they selected the name because they liked the word's general definition, as in Gulliver's Travels by Jonathan Swift: "rude, unsophisticated, uncouth." The name can also be a backronym for "Yet Another Hierarchical Officious Oracle".[4] Its URL was akebono.stanford.edu/yahoo.[5]
By the end of 1994, Yahoo had already received one million hits. Yang and Filo realized their website had massive business potential, and on 1 March 1995, Yahoo was incorporated.[6] On 12 April 1996, Yahoo had its initial public offering, raising $33.8 million dollars, by selling 2.6 million shares at $13 each.
"Yahoo" had already been trademarked for barbecue sauce, knives (by EBSCO Industries) and human propelled watercraft (by Old Town Canoe Co.). Therefore, in order to get the trademark, Yang and Filo added the exclamation mark to the name.[7] However, the exclamation mark is often omitted when referring to Yahoo.
[edit] Growth (1997-1999)
Like many search engines and web directories, Yahoo diversified into a Web portal. In the late 1990s, Yahoo, MSN, Lycos, Excite and other Web portals were growing rapidly. Web portal providers rushed to acquire companies to expand their range of services, in the hope of increasing the time a user stays at the portal.
On 8 March 1997, Yahoo acquired online communications company Four11. Four11's webmail service, Rocketmail, became Yahoo! Mail. Yahoo also acquired ClassicGames.com and turned it into Yahoo! Games. Yahoo then acquired direct marketing company Yoyodyne Entertainment, Inc. on 12 October 1998.[8] On 28 January 1999, Yahoo acquired web hosting provider GeoCities. Another company Yahoo acquired was eGroups, which became Yahoo! Groups after the acquisition on 28 June 2000. Yahoo also launched Yahoo! Messenger on 21 July 1999.
When acquiring companies, Yahoo often changed the relevant terms of service. For example, they claimed intellectual property rights for content on their servers, unlike the companies they acquired. As a result, many of the acquisitions were controversial and unpopular with users of the existing services.

What is the free mail service for Congress?
Legislation passed by the United States Congress on March 3, 1873 stated that: "the Postmaster General shall cause to be prepared a special stamp or stamped envelope, to be used only for official mail matter for each of the executive departments",[5] to this end, the official stamps were issued on July 1, 1873 for the Executive Branch and the departments of Agriculture, Interior, Justice, Navy, Post Office, Treasury, and War following the ending of the franking privilege though the stamps were only in use for seven years mainly due to the need for departmental postage accountability.[10] The Post Office also printed official stamped envelopes for their own use.[5] In March 1877 the stamps became unnecessary, because a congressional act permitted government departments to provide their own envelopes endorsed "Official Business"
