To my knowledge, Maynard does not own a restaurant in Sedona but he does co-own's a wine tasting room in Jerome, AZ which is about 30 minutes drive South of Sedona. It is called Caduceus Cellars. Caduceus is an interesting newish vintner bottling a variety of reds and whites made from grapes grown locally and from California. Tasty but pricey.
