If a man feels the married woman is attractive then he should say so in a matter of fact tone and not coming onto her. If she is a good hostess or a good cook then compliment her. If she is intelligent or good at her job realize married women have a brain and are multi taskers and being married and having a good career at the same time. Women like to be appreciated.
