Why would the windows and radio go out but work when the dash is hit in a 1999 Chevy Camaro?
You have a loose wire in your wire bundle that goes to your BAC. The problem is that the loose wire is in your RAP (retained acc. power- the gizmo that lets you listen to your radio and roll down windows after you turn off the engine.) There is a link in one of the Fbody forums, you'll have to Google it, but it will show you the wire in question. The BCM (body control module) hides behind the glove box on the right, about the size of a paperback book. Common fix your the loose wire situation is to zip tie the offending bundle to something solid to keep it from shifting. Good luck...

Approximately how much time in each hour does a commercial radio station devote to advertising?
There used to be a voluntary industry limit of 18 minutes in an hour. I don't believe that principle carries any weight any more. I think what we're hearing today is a smaller commercial content from those stations with relatively low audience ratings, whereas from those with healthier audience numbers, all the minutes they can pile on before they start to lose share due to sounding ridiculous.

Why is radio frequeny choke used in high level modulating circuit?
Because the output circuits of the modulator would otherwise present an impedance
to the RF amplifier in parallel with the transmission line and antenna system, which
you don't want. In other words, you want the RF all going up the tower, not down to
ground through the modulator.
