It took a bit of dexterity to hold the hose/funnel in one hand and pour with the other, but it can be done.

If the master cylinder is just a bit low, a very small can of fluid will do to top it off. (note: a 2006 should not need a system flush as regular preventative maintence, unless it has become contaminated, but if you are doing a brake job, pads and/or shoes in rear, might as well go ahead with system flush.
