I would say you almost never want this to happen, and you should give careful consideration as to why you broke up. Your break-up may have something to do with an irreconcilable difference. Attempting to get back together will only cause heartache to both of you. 1) Try to be friends. This will allow the two of you to spend time together. You can work whatever magic you did to get her in the first place. Don't act like you did in the relationship. Act like you did before you two started going out. 2) Make her jealous. If she sees someone who's having a good time with you, she'll remember all the good times you two had. Don't rub her face in anything she did wrong, or how great the girl is that you're currently with. She will be able to pick up that you're trying to make her jealous. Be aware that if your attempt fails you'll probably make a lot of people uncomfortable with you, including yourself.

Never forget that women (not just in looks of course) are very different than men. No it isn't always true that's why you have to be careful with how fast you move in a relationship and what mistakes are made if any you wont always know if its true, not everyone ends up with who they should be with. get yourself together evaluate the things that have taken place in the relationship and things that need to better and should be and then work on those things so when you do get back together she'll be like whoa I see your trying to do something to make us better and evaluate yourself maybe things she said about you that you should take it to account and try and work on those things just prepare to better yourself so you can have more to offer her when you get back together. I think that is part good about getting yourself together. However, you need to prepare for the worst, yet hope for the best. You could sit there and work on yourself and she will never come around and that is something you gotta face. Also, don't make the same mistake I did with my boyfriend who has decided to take a break, call or see them.
