I assume you mean reading all over the place, such as 0 to 160. If that is the case and you are going say 30? the culprit is most likely a ground wire located in the front of the engine at the alternator. It is either broken or breaking. It wont be charging your battery so get pulled over relatively soon.

02 cadillac deville wont crank or start the entire dashboard illuminates and everything work when the switch is on seems like it wants to crank but doesnt.

I had a problem for years with my 1991 Caddy and kept changing starters for a while. My problem was that I wasn't getting a good read on the security chip in the key. Next time it happens: turn it off, take the key out, wait at least three minutes and try again. Check your manual to see if that is still the procedure. By the way I decided to live with it. 1. check the fuse(s), usually marked radio 2. check the connections to radio 3. try another radio or yours in another car to make sure the radio can work 4. check ALL fuses in the block, there may be a line going to it that is covered in a general fuse 5. check the ground, make sure its connected ETC.

The GM Oil Life System calculates when to change your engine oil and filter based on vehicle use. Anytime your oil is changed, reset the system so it can calculate when the next oil change is required. If a situation occurs where you change your oil prior to a CHANGE OIL message being turned on, reset the system. Always reset the engine oil life to 100% after every oil change. It will not reset itself.

To reset the CHANGE OIL message, do the following:

1. Press reset stem till it Displays "OIL LIFE" on the DIC.(3 times)

2. Press and hold the reset stem. The oil life will change to 100% and a beep will sound.

3. Turn the key to LOCK. If the CHANGE OIL message comes back on when you start your vehicle, the engine oil life system has not reset. Repeat the procedure.

1, Remove the right hand instrument panel insulator. 2, Detach the bloert motor electrical connectior 3, Remove the right hankd body hinge pillar trim panel by pulling it away from the body hinge pillar 4, remove the bolts/screws holding the blower motor cover and remove the cover A) remove 2 bolts allowing the 3rd bolt nearest the right hand rear corner of the module to remain in place. B)while supporting the blower motoe remove the 3rd bolt C) Remove the isilator fromm the blower motoe flange, if necessary. Install install the motor A) position the osplator on the blower motot flange. B)Align the motor with opening in th bottom of the module and carefully move the motor up and in to position Install the bolts and tighten them to 17 in lbs. Install the right hand body hinge pillar trim panel by pressing it into position until retainers snap into place. *Remmber to disconect the battery before removeal and reconect after install.

Bad turn signal flasher?

Try first to see if fuse is weak or blown out. There is a main fuse box in the trunk of my "98" bhind the seat on the left. Also the flasher is located on the base of the stering colum under a removeable dashboard panel behind another cover with 3 or 4 screws. My flasher works itself lose and all I have to do is tighten it from time to time.

pop your hood and find the what "FUSE PANEL" find the fuse marked Parking lights and replace it. Its that simple. it might not be a fuse have you replaced the bulb or checked your contacts from your wiring?

in Seville those relays are in under the main fuse center (driver side under the hood) There should be 3 relay...

Cylinder numbers 1 and 5 are in the center console, and the rest are toward the end of the tail pipe. You may want to have the car running at 6500 RPM while you inspect the tail pipe in order to varify cylinder location.
