You shut the door, if needed spray each hinge with WD 40. Then take a straight screwdriver and a hammer to pound out the hinge. In an upward motion the end of the screwdriver against the bottom edge of the top of the pin, then take the hammer and pound on the end of the screwdriver to loosen. When loose you may be able to remove it with your hand or pliers.

The above will not work on some door hinges such as Schlage. THIS WORKS ON SCHLAGE: Heat the hinge with your hair dryer to loosen the goop inside the hinge. Use pliers to hold the hinge as it will get very hot. Once it's hot enough, insert a small screw driver into the pin hole. Bang the screwdriver and I promise the hinge will come out. It worked for me on all my Schlage hinge pins.

the factory service manual has a diagram or there may be one under hood or in cooling area.you can also get a haynes or chilton book at an auto parts store with the diagram in it

There are two fuse boxes in mine, one under the driver seat and under the hood on the drivers side.

The 2004 Chevy Express 6.0 liter motor spark plug gap is .032. Most spark plugs will come pre-gapped from the spark plug manufacturer.

If there are no screws holding in the lens, then you will have to remove the inside panel behind the lights- just enough to reach your hand in . Once you have that off,you ought to be able to reach in and grab the socket to remove the bulb.

Its funny cause I just had to replace most of lights a few moments ago. Here's what the owner's manual says:

1. Remove the two inboard nuts on the assembly.

2. Pull side assembly rearward to clear studs.

3. Rotate side assembly on the outboard side releasing the upper clip.

4. Slide assembly slightly upward to release lower clip.

5. Reinstall the clips to the side assembly.

6. Remove the three nuts on the taillamp.

7. Remove the tailamp from the vehicle.

8. To Remove, squeeze the tab on the side of the sockets while turning them counterclockwise.

9. Turn the bulb counterclockwise to remove it. Install the new bulb.

10. Reverse the above steps to reinstall the lamp.

To remove the seats in a Chevy express van, simply remove the four nuts located at the very bottom of the seat frame. the bolts are sticking up from the floor and it is very tight when trying to loosen them . The metal base must be removed with the seat because the actual seat fram is rivoted to this base.

Simple just use a chainsaw comes off easy.

If you suspect it is clogged just replace it, then you will know if that was your problem.

Same problem I'm having. 2.2 - I've found the one that goes to the dash (on thermostat housing - one with pig tail and wires) but I think there is another somewhere on the head that goes to the computer - which I also need help finding. P & T Y

The check gauge light is on to notify you that one of the gauges is out of normal range. The vehicle may be over heating, low on oil pressure or not charging.

This depends on the size of the engine. If it is a 4.3L then it takes 12.6 quarts. If the engine is a 4.8L then it takes 13.4 quarts. If it is a 5.3L then it takes 13.4 quarts. If it is a 6.0L then it takes 14.8 quarts. Always to remember to mix the coolant using the manufacturers directions.

There are a couple of automotive A/C leak detection methods; sometimes you can find the leak by looking for oil and dirt residue on connections, hoses or on the compressor. Some shops like to charge the system up with R134a, use an electronic leak detector to locate the leak and if that doesn't pinpoint it, add a florescent dye to the system which you can look for with a UV/black light when it leaks out. I personally would pull a vacuum, add about 4oz of R-22, pressure the system up with 200 PSI of dry nitrogen, then go over the hoses and external components with a soapy water solution, then check the evaporator and shaft seal on the compressor with an electronic leak detector. I always find my leak!

any GM dealerships' parts department will most likely have it in stock, otherwise they can order it for you. Unfortunately, door latch assembly's are very hard to come by after market

Fuel Pressure: ( Key on, engine off ) 60 to 66 PSI

Sounds like the fuel filter which is easy to change. The next step would be the fuel pump in the tank. If fuel pressure is low from a clogged filter, the throttle plate will open and not get enough fuel so it would be a very lean condition whci would cause popping and lack of power. This happened to me in a 30 ft RV running a 460 ford engine.
