What could be the reason your 2002 Monte Carlo SS is leaking under the dash of the passenger side?

Its most likely your heater core Heater core is on the passenger side so if it is broken, it will be wet over there. However, what it will be leaking is antifreeze which will smell, and make the windows fog up with an oily residue. If the leak is simply water you either have a bad windshield seal or possibly sunroof (if present). A leaking sunroof can cause water to run along the top of the header panel, down the windshield support and drip out under the dash. Additional Note: I just experienced this same issue - Pool of water after heavy rain on the passenger floor. Found the Gasket for your Cabin air filter was not on correctly. Allowing water that is suppose to run off from the front windshield down the drain plug to drip down into the car - through the air filter. Remove the cover to the Cabin air filter. Under the passenger side windshield wiper. Plastic screw holds it on. There is a gasket along the top edge. Make sure its on completely and sealed.

How do you reset the service engine soon light on a 2000 Monte Carlo if its putting out a false code?

You reset it with an OBD2 scan tool. First of all... how do you know its a false code? Second an OBD2 scanner can be purchsed for about 75 bucks and is a nice tool to have... it does have a function to clear all codes. However, If you are sure the code is false, disconnecting the negative termianl on the battery for 15 seconds will clear the "freeze frame" codes from the computer's memory. If the service engine light comes back on when you reconnect the battery. The code is not false.. something is wrong!!!

What is TFP?

TFP stands for one or more of the following:Time For Prints

Time For Portfolio

Trade For Prints

Trade For Portfolio

You will also see digital shooters use the phrase "TFCD" or "TFP/CD." These mean: Time/Trade for CD

Time/Trade for Prints/CD

Whatever the particular phrase the letters stand for, the basic idea is simple: In a TFP shoot, no money changes hands. The model doesn't get an hourly or session fee, and the photographer doesn't get an hourly fee, a session fee, or any pay for providing the model with prints and/or digital images (the "CD" part - usually the model gets a CD-R with her image selection burned onto it.) All participants are doing the shoot in hopes of getting good quality images for their portfolios, which they can use for self-promotion to get more, and hopefully paying, work.

TFP is usually the domain of amateur photographers and/or beginning models, although many pros will do a TFP shoot with an amateur model (or an amateur photographer) who can't pay their usual rates but whose look or previous work the professional finds intriguing. That doesn't mean that outstanding work can't be produced at a TFP shoot: many amateur photographers are "amateurs" only in that photography is not how they pay their bills, and have talent and equipment equal to most professional photographers. Images obtained through TFP sessions are in many a model's portfolio and have earned many a callback from an agency or pro shooter.

Repair a power window motor on a 2000 Chevrolet Impala?

I went to eBay and purchased a new motor and installed it myself. Just take the two screws loose in the door handle and pull up. The window motor just snaps into the door handle. Unplug the old motor, plug in the new one, and put everything back together. It only took about 5 minutes.

This procedure is for the power window and window lock master switch.

You mean the MAP (Manifold Absolute Pressure) sensor. On the 3400 engine it is located on the top of the engine, behind the aluminum intake. Open the hood and look at the intake (stamped 3400). Directly behind is the MAP sensor. It has a small 1" hose connected directly to the intake, as well as a weatherpak connector. It is approximately 3" X 1" and is black in color.
