Or what 4 speed manual transmissions will fit.

Will a M22 bolt to the 350 and fit the car?

TransmissionsYou can use the Muncie, Saginaw, or Borg Warner four speed transmission on the 350 engine

also it may be possible to mate up the Borg Warner T56 6 speed manual. It was available in the 04-07 corvette, the 04-06 GTO, and the 04-06 Cadillac CTS. It has a hydraulic clutch and an 11 inch clutch disk.

D&D Performance makes a kit for $3.5k that lets you bolt a viper six speed to a 350 engine's bellhousing using an adapter plate (you need an engine, flywheel, clutch, and bellhousing).

McLeod makes a $500 bellhousing that adapts a viper transmission to a t56 transmission (you need an engine, flywheel, clutch, and a viper transmission).

McLeod also makes an adapter plate that lets you bolt a GM's t56 to a standard Chevy bellhousing for $250 (you need an engine, flywheel, clutch, bellhousing, and transmission.

How can you fix the wiring on a 69 Chevy Nova?

"Fixing" a wiring harness, never seems to turn out well. Even for a pro. I would suggest you get a hold of someone like Year 1, or another reproduction company. Purchasing a new one, would be a drop in the bucket, compared to the bill the fire dept., may hand you along side the highway, after extinguishing the flames from your soon to be very valuable old Chevy. Now, your harness is exactly the same for the Camaro, of the same year.

How do you install a flywheel on a 1988 Chevy 350?

Big job. To replace a flywheel, you need to remove the drive shaft, and the gearbox. iIf a manual transmission, you will also need to remove the clutch and pressure plate. If an automatic, you will need to remove the torque converter. With all this removed, you then remove the flywheel and replace with new one. then reinstall clutch, etc gear box and driveshaft. It is a good idea at this time ,if a manual transmission,to replace the clutch, while you have it apart. "NOTE" make sure when you replace flywheel that the correct number of teeth on flywheel will match number of teeth on starter motor. To do this mark a tooth on the flywheel and count the teeth.Alos count the teeth on the starter motor.installing wrong one will chew up the teeth on new flywheel and starter and then you will have to start all over.

How many 1967 Chevy Nova concurs were built?

I cannot say that I ever heard of the Nova concurs, until the mid, to late 70's. Now, in 67, I know they made a Canadian version of the Nova. I think it was called the "Arcadia" maybe. Anyway, it had a different front end on it. An L-72 version went accross the auction block at Barret Jackson, I think, recently. Not too many of those were made, and with the weather, I doubt many are left..

Will a 5.7 vortec fit in a 1978 nova?

Absolutely! Bolts right in. Headers still fit, oil pan clears, no problems. The Vortec is actually the last of the "old-style" SBC. All parts interchange except intake manifolds.

Ditch the TBI and get an air-gap type manifold and a 600cfm carb on top of a divided wood spacer ( Edelbrock part #8735). Get a one piece oil pan gasket and use nothing but stock Chevy intake gaskets.

For best results, replace valve springs with beehive type that will clear .550 lift and put in the Chevy HOT hydraulic roller cam. Will really wake the Vortec up. If you don't have headers now, get the ones called "Clipsters". They allow you to put the exhaust up under the car, not dragging on the ground with no clearance. Always run an 'X' pipe in your exhaust system.
