George Fuller was a member of Chicago Engine Co. No. 6. He was killed on January 6, 1875 at the intersection of 16th St & Canal St when his horse drawn steamer over turned.

Riverview Park was an amusement park in Chicago, located in the area around Belmont & Western. It had one of the scariest roller coasters around called The Bobs. The park closed with absolutely no warning just prior to the 1968 season. The campus of De Vry Institute stands on the site today.
