1987-1995 Lebaron convertable top up/down switch is located on the console. On earlier models, It may be in the same location.

If I understand correctly you lost the key and the ignition still works. If this is true go to a dealer they should have a replacement key to buy.

there is a fuel pump relay in the fuse box next to battery labeled fuel pump relay on l id of fuse box.I have a 95 it should be same on 93 otherwise look in chiltons or haynes book. Chrysler does not use inertia switches. it is not a switch it is a black fuse that is fuel pump relay

If it's the serpentine belt you're referring to, you remove it by releasing tension by rotating the spring loaded automatic tensioner located below the alternator. If you need to change the A/C belt, you first slightly loosen the bearing nut on the pulley, just enough to be able to slide in the adjustment slot, then loosen tension by rotating adjusting bolt counter clockwise to remove belt, replace belt, tighten bolt until proper deflection is reached, then retighten pulley bearing nut.

Follow the hose from the top of the radiator back towards the engine, where it connects is the thermostat housing, this can be removed by taking out the 2 bolts. - remember to replace the gasket!

In the power steering reservoir (same place where you checked the level). If you face the engine, look on far left side near the windshield wiper for passenger side. Dipstick should be short plastic stick with words Hot and Cool on it. Add fluid same hole as dipstick goes into. Do not overfill.

This is a Mits engine, the waterpump is driven by the timing belt.
When you take the timingbelt covers off you can see it at the top.

There is no trunk release in the car the only way to open trunk is with key or your key fob

You will first need to loosen the serpentine belt in order to remove it from the drive pulley. After that, it is bolted to the engine in 2 locations, which should be rather obvious, then remove electrical connections.

Try and see if the motor tries to run when attempting in the up direction. If so, you can try to switch the two cables going into the relay (located behind the back seat close to the motor and easily accessible from the trunk) and see if the problem is reversed, that is, the top goes down but it does not go up. If that is the case, then the relay is broken, and has lost the capability to switch the current from one side to the other, while it still is capable to let the current through though. If instead you do not hear the pump motor buzzing in either up or down but you do here the relay clicking, then check the main fuse (30 amp) in the fuse panel or under the hood. If it checks ok, then remove the back of the back seat to gain access to the relays and the pump motor (you can also access it from the trunk). Use a circuit tester test for 12 volts at either of 2 big wires leading into the motor while attempting to operate the up/down switch. You are looking for the light to come on in one of the 2 positions depending on which direction you push the switch. If the light comes on in both positions, than you have pin pointed the problem to the motor. If you know how or know of some who does, you can try cleaning the brushes on the motor. Not difficult but requires the removal of the front cover. Some times the brushes come loose from the holder and it is a simple matter of reassembling them. If the circuit light tester does not come on at the motor leads, then you will have to test for voltage at the relay. Find either on that is clicking and see if the light will come on when probing the contacts on the relay. If the fuses were good and the motor is not getting power, then chances are the relay is shot. Not a big deal though, you can find new relays for $30 on ebay.
