This happened to me i checked for codes using self test-i can't remember what number the code was but it was for the crank sensor-it's located in the distributor. Buy the chilton repair manual it explains how to check for codes and has the list. Very cheap in pep boys or autozone, etc.

It can cause several problems depending on the vehicle.
shifting problems.
some will dump the excess fluid out vaccumm hoses.
it can cause leaks do to pressure from excessive fluid.
I suggest draining some. most of the time it is easy. just like your oil there is a drain plug.

Or you might search endless web sites hunting a diagram if you truly think you could fix it yourself. You might try finding a replacement from a salvage yard, with no warranty, and you pay the shipping. Anything is possible, but that would be very complicated. The 360 and its trans would not even really fit under the hood.
What is the flasher location on a 1994 LeBaron?
The flasher relay in plugged into the black colored section (top) of the interior relay block. This block is located to the left side of the steering column under the dashboard. It helps to remove the plastic cover (knee bolster) below the steering wheel (5 screws) to see the block and relay. The relay block is placed behind and higher than the fuse block. The face of the relay block faces towards the steering column so you will be pulling the flasher relay towards the column. Cheers

Follow the top hose from the top left of the radiator back to the top left side of engine block where it ends in a dome called the THERMOSTAT HOUSING. Now.. look down the side of the engine the water pump is down there. According to HAYNES.. PIA job 3 hrs for an experienced mechanic..

I just replaced the timing belt and water pump on my '96 3.0L. When I called around to the different garages in my area they wanted anywhere from $450 - $600 to do the job. I bought a book, did some searching online and did the job myself. If you look at the link below, it gives instructions on how to make a tool to hold the cam sprockets (which you really don't need unless you intend to replace seals) I sleeved and replaced seals on the cams and the crank while it had it apart. IIRC the book rate for this is somewhere around 5 hours. If you do decide to do it yourself, the front of the water pump does not "just come off" - there is a small screw that screws in from the back side of the housing - do not try to pry the front of the pump off - you will break the tab. You will need to pry the complete pump off the coolant pipe that runs under the intake manifold (there is a large O-ring on the end of the pipe that fits into the back of the pump. If you are doing the water pump do yourself a favor and replace the timing belt also.

the water pump is under the timing cover driven by the timing belt, between the two cam gears, you must remove timing belt for replacement, while your in there you should replace cam seals and front crank seal and also timing belt.

Why would a 1994 Lebaron not start if it gets a spark?
Got Spark but won't start? Lack of Fuel or fuel pressure. 1) Is the electric fuel pump running? With the car in a quiet place and the drivers door open so you can hear, turn the key to the first click. You should hear a quick two second noise of a motor running coming from the rear of the car by the gas tank. You can repeat this test a couple of times to get it right. NO noise = no fuel pump. Check the fuses and wiring and maybe hotwire the pump to test. If still no run on the pump motor you may need a new one. 2)If the fuel pump motor will run, check for fuel at the carb or fuel injector (depending on which engine you have in the car). You may have a plugged fuel filter or line. You can unhook one of the fuel lines and turn on the key to the first click. DO THIS CAREFULLY. You will be pumping gas and the funes can catch fire. Have a container ready to catch whatever may come out of the fuel line. BE CAREFUL. If no or low fuel pressure change the fuel filter and inspect for kinked or crushed fuel lines. Once you have fuel and spark the engine should start. Good Luck and BE CAREFUL with the gas. Don't want to read about you in the morning news. >;o)
EDIT: It could also be the timing belt. This happened to me when I first got my '91 LeBaron.
