How much does a CEO of an architecture firm make annually?

The question is incomplete. Depending on where the firm is located, size of the firm, legal structure and focus there can be a substantial difference in the compensation. For example a Senior Partner at a large US firm based in NYC might make anything between $200,000 to $500,000 where as a UK Partner at a smaller firm might make about $1,000,000 or more. Increasingly firms in India, China etc. are paying their senior partners western salaries and eastern perks... overall compensations are rising sharply. Also worth noting is that most architecture firms are privately owned or partnerships and salaries arent corelated to those at limited firms. Differentiate between Human Resources Management and Personnel management?

Answer

To understand the difference between HR Management and Personnel management, you need to look at its focus, its strategies, and the people who comprise it. "Personnel" refers to the 'old days' where HR primarily focused on administration, transactions and employee advocacy. This concept of "personnel management" is much less applicable in a world where mergers, globalization and new technologies are fundamentally changing the way business is done. Companies require true 'out of the box' strategies and tools to achieve success and change. "HR Management" reflects this new role of business partner in which the field influences, effects and responds to change.

How do you serve divorce petition papers?

um. I never been Divorce before. but Have you try go to Divorce lawyer ask them a question. that might helpful. Divorce Lawyer can help with you how to Divorce Petition papers. Good luck.

Here this. I found off from website.

How do I serve the divorce papers? If a lawyer is handling your divorce, he or she will have the divorce papers served on your spouse. If you are using "do-it-yourself" forms, the instructions will tell you what you need to do. Your spouse can agree to sign papers that say he or she has been served. Otherwise, your spouse must be served by either the sheriff or another adult (not you or your children).

If you are getting welfare or certain other public benefits, the Support Enforcement Division (SED) will also have to be served with the divorce petition. If you do not have a lawyer, or if the divorce forms you are using do not have instructions about this, you can call SED to find out how to serve them with the papers.

What if I am served with divorce papers? If you agree with all the terms of the divorce as listed in the petition, you do not need to respond. If you want to challenge the terms listed in the petition, you must file a written answer (called a "response") with the court within 30 days after you were handed the papers. Contact a lawyer or your local legal services office to learn about what you can do. There is a court fee to file a response in a divorce case.

What is the Importance of external and internal environments?

Thee are two types of driving forces (environments) that affect the way an organization operates in either a positive or negative way. Internal driving forces and external driving forces. Internal driving forces are those types of things, events, situations, that occur within an organization and effect it in either a positive or negative way. Typically, the internal forces are things that occur within the organization and are by-and-large under the control of the organization. Example, does the organization have up to date technology that has the capacity to hold power programs that can help the organization. Or, are they working with an old antiquated legacy system that is slow, crashes frequently, etc. This effects the organizations day-to-day operations. It's something that in internal and under the control of the organization. Even the culture of the organization effects the way it operates. In other words, are the employees happy, do they come into work energized, or do they come to work dragging themselves in because it's Monday and doing cartwheels out the door because it's Friday. This effects the way the organization operates in either a positive or negative way. Once again it is an internal event and under the control of the organization.

External driving forces (environment) are those things, situations, events, that occur outside of the organization and effect it in either a positive or negative way. Example, the overall economy. This occurs outside the organization and by-and-large out of the control of the organization. In other words, are people spending money, or stashing it away because of financial concerns. This effects the organization. Another example could be changing demographics. Another, even weather. Weather can effect organizations such as farmers, ski resorts, catastrophes such as flooding, earthquakes etc. can effect all organizations. This occurs outside of the organization, and beyond the control of the organization. Still, it could effect it in either a negative or positive way. Another important external driving force would be competition. What is the competition doing, to gain more of the market share. It's occurring outside of the organization, out f the control of the organization, can effect it in either a positive or negative way. This is why informational resources are critical to the success, stability, and survivability of organizations. Thus, the importance of internal and external environments of any organization and how they are handled determines the organizations stability and very survivability.
