Makes sure your anti-virus is up-to-date. If it isn't and you can't update it. Uninstall it and go to www.grisoft.com and download AVG free edition. It's very good and yes it's free. Install it, make sure it's up-to-date and then run a complete scan of your computer (this may take a while). If there's any viruses on your PC then AVG will find them. Even if it can't remove them you'll at least know that there's one present.
