What size pilot hole do you drill before using the countersink bit in stainless steel?
I drill a pilot hole the size of the 'barrel' of the screw. -I always use a combination drill bit for sinking screwheads. The first part of the bit is the diameter of the 'barrel' of the screw and the step, one inch higher is the size of that screw's head. (The barrel is the diameter inside threads) -I have a set of these drill bits for #6, #8, and #10 screws and they are great.
What is the Proper use of cannon plug pliers?
Cannon plug pliers are used mainly for aircraft maintenance. On aircraft there are round electrical connectors (called cannon plugs) consisting of many small pins that insert into one another. On the outside of the connector there is a sleeve that is then screwed down onto the opposite side of the connector to keep it in place. The cannon plug pliers are used to grip the circular sleeve and to turn it from it's locked position to either remove the connector or to lock it back into place. The pliers have rubber gripping material instead of hard metal teeth in order not to damage the electrical connector, and also to prevent the transference of unlike metals that could lead to corrosion on the connector.

What type of drill bit do you use to drill a hole at an angle?
What type of jig are you using? Answer: Several thing must take place to use a Forstner bit, substrate must be held firmly, a drill press or fixture must be used to guide the bit in, here is an excerpt and the site: Drill bits are used in conjunction with hand drills or drill presses to make holes in woods, plastic and metals. A forstner bit is a particular type of drill bit that is often used in furniture making and other woodworking projects. They are usually more expensive than standard twist bits, but they have a few unique features that make them desirable. Most drills are guided through the material by a central point, but forstner bits are primarily guided by the outside rim. This means that they can be used to drill pocket holes (holes drilled at an angle), partially overlapping holes or holes that are on the edge of the material. Note that the central spur in the bit pictured below is used to locate by demarcating the center-point as opposed to being the drill guide. In addition to the previously mentioned benefits, forstner bits create square-bottomed holes which may be required for certain applications or projects. They are very efficient at removing large amounts (hogging) of material in short periods of time. Forstner bits are available in a wide array of diameters typically ranging from 1/4 inch up to over 3 inches (6 - 75mm). Like other drill bits, they are often sold in sets with an array of sizes. * http://www.wisegeek.com/what-is-a-forstner-bit.htm

Can a carbide circular saw blade go dull after many years of cutting only wood?
Absolutely. Every blade goes dull but depending on the type it will be quicker or slower. Carbide blades are very good and thus very expensive but they can be sharpened many times. There should be many good companies around you that will be able to sharpen your blade at a lot cheaper price than buying a new one
Just as you said....drill the centers out of them. If you are talking about the large rivets that hold ball joints in....that's another story. It's easier to use an air chisel or grinder on them and carefully grind the heads off without cutting up the control arm. Then punch them through. If you don't have an air grinder a GOOD metal chisel and big hammer will do it....probably faster than the drill.
How do you repair Senco nail gun?
Repairing any nailgun of any make or model is relatively simple. You have not listed the fault so i will just list a few of the common ones:
REMOVE THE NAILING TOOL FROM THE AIRLINE BEFORE UNDERTAKING ANY REPAIRS!
OBTAIN A SCHEMATIC FOR YOUR TOOL BEFORE UNDERTAKING ANY REPAIRS!
1. Air leaking from the headcap / exhaust - Check the seals / O rings in the headvalve. Look for cracks or deformities in the headvalve. Check the pellet in the top of the headcap.
2. Air leaking from the trigger - Check the trigger O rings and make sure everything is seated correctly.
3. Not shooting nails. - Remove nails and check angle is correct. For a SENCO gun this would be 34 degree if paper collated or 22 degree if plastic collated.
4. Not shooting nails. - Ensure that the driver blade is straight. If the driver blade is bent it will not return far enough to collect the next nail in the strip.
5. Not shooting nails - Make sure the magazine is still at the correct angle according to the angle of the nails you are using. check www.senco.com to see specs for your tool.
Other common causes of faults with nailing tools are the bumper at the nose end of the cylinder and the O rings on the piston.
Pneumatic nailing tools loathe water. make sure that you supply your tool with clean, dry air. Also lubricate your tool regularly
