If it has Power Steering, then it is driven by a drive belt. Look at the belts and what they are connected to. One of them is driving the P/S Pump.

You need to have your carburetor rebuilt. The float is sticking. The float controls the amount of gas that goes into the carburetor. If it is not operating properly you will feel a hesitation during aceleration.

Lets consider that the coolant level is at it proper level. I would say that the thermostat is stuck closed. Although it could be the water pump, but if it is not rattling or leaking that is probably not your problem. Some times radiator hoes get spongy causing them to clasp when they get hot. Therefore the pump can not push the coolant through the engine. The first thing I would do, is change you thermostat. Good luck!

It depends on what for engine is in the motor home If it's a big block and you want to put it on a small block you will have to change the bell housing And with out a doubt the transmission mount I am sure it mounts different in moter home. But it can be done. You can put a Chevy alternator on a dodge if you know what your doing, I'm not trying to be a smart a-- I've done it Good luck!

If it is a half ton truck with a five lug bolt pattern 15in wheels, they will fit on most any DODGE vehicle's all the way up to the late 90s. I have never try it, but they may even fit the newer ones. Some of the older Ford wheels you could get on the older DODGE trucks. The center hole was a little tight, but the bolt pattern was the same.

First, disconnect the negative battery cable. Next, drain the fluid out of the cooling system. Remove any hardware that is prohibiting access to the water pump. It is recommended that a manual by consulted for the correct handling of all hardware that must be removed for accessibility. Take out the old pump and thoroughly clean the area with degreaser. Replace any gaskets and install the new pump, then install any additional hardware that had been removed.

Try removing the egr valve and cleaning it thoroughly.It has 1 electrical connection and 1 vacumm line going to it and is held in place with 3 ten millimeter bolts.It is located directly below the carburetor on the passenger side.When removing it note where the metal gasket on the part is place exactly so as to reinstall it the same.And use either brake cleaner or carburetor cleaner and a toothbrush to clean the build up of carbon out and even sand paper or a brush on a cordless drill does great.Unless the emissions side of things are in need of maintenance like the breather style filters in the air cleaner housing that feed into the the charge air pipes or the exhaust collector which is directly below the exhaust manifold is clogged up with carbon (a real possible).Start with the above,if no change to do the collector job it does require some time and recommend removing the exhaust manifold and disconnect the exhaust piping below from where it comes from the convertor to be able to remove the collector.To clean the collector which looks like the size of a mayonaise jar (I soak it in muractic acid in a clean paint can over nite)use GLOVES and then pour some baking soda inside to neutralize the acid and blow out with a air nozzle or let air dry for a good while.This will make a HECK of a difference on the trucks breathing especially if it has never been done.Hope this this is not a overwhelming amount of information but,will clear up the problem and I speak from 23 years of owning my 87 bseries since new.

Well did it go for aswim, or is it really thirsty. If it has a carburetor on the engine the float is probably stuck so it's getting more fuel then it can burn. If it is fuel injected then it is probably electoral.

On the out side ring of the lock there is 8 cap screws remove them. there is a spring under it. So it's going to have pressure against it, in side there is a spring clip and a nut remove them and pull the guts out. They are pretty easy to replace. Good luck!

not that critical 0.8mm or if you dont have feeler guages the back side of a hacksaw blade will do ( the side without the teeth) the standard contact breaker gap is 0.12mm - 0.13mm rotate the rota so the points are fully open then insert the feeler gauge realese the locking screw so that it shuts on the feeler gauge then lock the screw off (just nip tight as it can break real easy)then remove the feeler gauge then your done. i know this as i have done so many.

Don't use tin foil if the fuse is blown, it is there for a reason, that's why they are called fuse's. Either the fuse was weak or there is a snort in the wire. To answer your question,( J ) is the one that is for your instrument panel lights- radio light, it is a 4 amp fuse. All the fuse's in your fuse block should be good and all places filled don't leave any places' empty. If you want to test the fuse, get a 12 volt test light and see if you have power at the top of the fuse, (that is power into the block). If you have power in put your test light on the bottom of the fuse you should have power coming out. If not fuse is blown. To test some of the fuses you will need to have your ignition on, others are hot all the time. With a class fuse you should be able to see that it is blown, because it will be black. Never put a higher amp fuse in it place.

It puts the transfer case into neutral and since all power is routed through the transfer case then you go nowhere. This is the way i remember it on mine, push forward from neutral and you have 4whi then 4wlo, pull down from neutral and you have 2wlo then 2whi. it may not be the same on yours but thats pretty universal for 4wd vehicles.

exactly what years of ram engines are you wanting to know about? basically there is the 3.9 liter v6 pre 1994 and 95 are the 318 c.i. 5.2 liter v8 and the 360 c.i. 5.9 liter v8. after 1994 dodge redesigned the 318 and 360 with aluminum heads and different head bolt pattern dodge named these Magnum engines after the 60's to 70's big block engines. you can swap a small block magnum heads between the 318 and 360. every couple years dodge increased h.p. output on both engines until 2000 when dodge discontinued production of the 318 5.2 liter and came out with a new 4.7 liter v8 with more h.p and tourque at lower rpms and an increase of fuel milage.

remove the pan cover, and refill through the plug top of the diff.
