Well...I have a 2002 Excursion and hopefully its at or near the same place. It took forever for me to find. I found it behind the heater/radio dash panel. It was clipped to the metal braket to the left, once you have the panel off, about the same height as the heater controls. Hope this helps.

The driver's side lock unlocks and locks the other doors, gas panel, and trunk, depending on how you have set the trunk lock. If you have one you can figure out the trunk if your system is working. There are two settings.

You can NOT lock the driver's side door if the door is open. This is to prevent you from locking your key inside.

There really isn't one anymore. The instrument in the dash is just a stepper motor, which gets a signal from the PCM. You will need an adapter from a tach manufacturer to hook up any kind of aftermarket gauge.

Take one of the seats hold it up and a 45 degree angle and place the brackets on the bar, then slide it forward till it clicks in. Now fold it all the way up and secure it. Take the alignment bar which is danglind down and put it behind the u-bolt and pull it towards you till it snaps in place. Unsecure it and lower it down and resecure the velcro cover.

It is located on the first portion of the air intake. If you look under the first piece in the chain leading up to the air intake, you will see the wire that connects underneath the sensor. You will have to take it all apart, but really easy to fix.

If you look under the vehicle approximately under the front seats you will see two round medal bars going from the front lower control arm back to a steel piece in the crossmember. There is a bolt going up through the steel piece. As you lossen that bolt the suspension on that side will be disarmed. Same thing on the other side. Make sure the vehicle is supported on jack stands under the frame and NOT under the control arm. To completely disarm you will need to drive those longs round bars out of the lower control arms.
