I have a 95 thunderbird and there is one small tension pulley located closer to the passenger side of the pulley assembly. You have to go under the car and push that pulley up. Doing that will release the tension of the belt and you can pull it off. Make sure you have the diagram under your hood so you remember which way it goes back on. I replaced my belt with a Gator brand, a little more money, maybe 45 bucks but a very very good belt.

first loosen the nut on the pitman arm then separate the pitman arm from the gearbox using a pitman arm puller.then remove three or four bolts from gearbox to vehicle frame, that's it!

Under the dash, attached to the right side of the white fuse block. This fuse box is black with a hinged cover; it looks like Ford forget to include it inside the box. It uses a 30 amp standard 2 prong fuse.

No you do not need a press. I recently did upper and lower ball joints on my 95 T Bird and it is all bolt on parts. you cant buy just the ball joint, you have to get the whole control arm with the sealed ball joints already in it.

Under the brake pedal. Looking up at the pedal you will see the switch it is srewed to the dash and rests on the metal arm of the pedal when you press the brake pedal the switch close's and the brake lights come on. To replace the switch it is very straight forward just remove the srew from the dash separate the wire and replace..

First you need to unbolt the seat back from the seat bottom and remove the back from the car. There is a bolt through the hinge on each side of the seat where you unbolt the back.

At the bottom of the seat back there is a long plastic hook and groove clip attached to the seat cover material. Pushing the two halves in opposite directions will unlatch this clip. Then begin rolling the seat cover inside out from the bottom and pull it all the way to the top of the seat. There are velcro strips on each side of the front of the seat back and two horizontal strips that you will peel the seat cover away from.

Once the seat cover is clear of the seat back you can see the headrest assembly from the rear. There are two spring clips near the top of the plastic tubes. Remove each of the spring clips and then you can slide the headrest out of the assembly. The plastic tubes can be removed easily once the headrest is out.

The intake on the 1979 Ford 302 engine is different than the intake on the 1993 Ford 302 engine. The intakes are not interchangeable.

Headlights have two filaments; one for low beams and one for high beams. There is a good chance that the low beams are burnt out. This doesn't necessarily mean that the high beams won't work. However, it's not too common for both low beams to burn out at the same time. Of course, it could be a fluke. I would replace the headlights with new ones and then go from there.

According to Haynes Step 1- Tighten 28 to 31 ft lbs Step 2- Tighten an additional 85 to 95 degrees Step 3- Loosen all bolts 360 degrees Step 4- Tighten 28 to 31 ft lbs Step 5- Tighten an additional 85 to 95 degrees Step 6- Tighten an additional 85 to 95 degrees
