In order to keep a specific post at the top of your blog page via the Blogspot platform, you must keep the specific post's date the most updated out of all of your entries.

1. Sign into Blogspot (Blogger.com/Blogspot.com)

2. On your dashboard, click "edit posts" and click "edit" next to the post which you want to keep at the top.

3. You are now on the screen where you edit your specific post. At the bottom of this box, click "Post options." The post date and time will now be displayed and you will be able to change it. Change it to the most recent date and it will move to the top of your post.

There is no option to keep a specific post on top of your blog at all times. Blogs are meant to be archived by date and time.

If you want something at the top of your blog indefinitely, I suggest finding a way to embed it into your HTML so that it is part of your layout.

I was faced with this dilemma myself upon purchasing a Nexus 7 last fall.
