Can 11 year olds bench press 60 pds?
in theory yes; it all depends on how much muscle mass you have and how long you have been weightlifting. To be safe when weightlifting, you must take 1 or 2 minute breaks in between each rep of 10. i highly recommend you bench press 35-75 lbs and 8 reps of 10 every other day. This allows your body to rebuild muscle mass. If your arms start shaking while you're pushing up then your benching too much weight.

How much creatine should a 14 year old take daily?
Creatine is a performance enhancing supplement and should have the same effect on a 14 year old as any adult. Your body stores phosphocreatine in its tissues which is used as part of your anaeorobic energy system. When your body works fast and hard (sprinting, explosive weightlifting) your body needs to access energy quickly. It converts the stored phosphocreatine without oxygen (that's why its anaerobic) into usable energy (ATP). Creatine supplements increase that reserve of creatine in your body, allowing you to extend the period of hard, fast, explosive work you can accomplish.

It is not a good idea for any animal to eat poisonous plants. Some can tolerate some types and other types will kill them. It's best not to take that chance. Because what one animal can eat quite comfortably could kill an animal of a similar species.
On the other hand what is poisonous very much depends on the species involved. Raisins, and to a lesser extent even grapes are deadly poisons to dogs; they aren't considered poisonous to people. At all costs, prevent your dog from eating even one raisin. Koalas live on a diet almost exclusively consisting of Eucalyptus leaves. They contain high levels of the noxious/toxic Eucalyptus oil that makes the plant inedible for just about any other creature, and they contain very little nutritive value. But Koalas thrive on them and can't live without an abundant supply. Possums also eat Eucalyptus leaves but to a lesser extent and it doesn't have any affect on them either. Koalas also only like some types of Eucalyptus tree and won't touch other types.
