I am doubting the grilled chicken is really grilled, due to when I went to KFC for the grilled chicken I was told that there would be a 20 minute wait because one of the "friers in down". So, the question that went unanswered is what does the "frier" have to do with "grilled chicken"?? No answer to that! The grilled chicken DOES have a lot less cals and fat than the fried, though. And it tastes pretty good.

Yes it can. You have to be careful to use smaller pieces and wait for the wood to turn to coals, otherwise the fire will be too high and just burn the food. There is also a lot of ashes afterward to clean up but wood works well to use on a grill instead of charcoal.
