The Accord has a 0B0A series engine depends on the year and if it's an Si or not. It would depend on the year and trim level (DX, LX, EX, SE, Si). For example, my 93 Accord LX came from the factory with an F22A1 (2.2 Liter I4 SOHC), my friend's 93 EX came with an F22A6 (2.2 Liter I4 SOHC, (slightly more horsepower)). Accords from 1984 - 1995 could have come with anything from a 1.8 liter I4 to a 2.7 Liter V6 You can find the engine number on the front side of the engine block. You will probably have to wipe off a little dirt for the number to show up as they are very hard to see. Look down along the front left side of the engine block. You should see a black rubber plug. The number will stamped on a flat surface in that general area.

Remove the wheel and all the brake hardware then remove the the spindle by taking the lower control arm loose and the up arm fron the body . Remove the strut and then with a hammer tap the cv axle from the center of the hub and take it to a machine shop to have it pressed in and out

Front? Rear?

You coud be leaking freon. Or the level of freon in the car could be low or shot. Best thing to do is to go get it checked, and get it refilled. Freon is what makes the air cold. Not sure what type of freon your car requires. Some you have to have a license to use, others you can purchase at your local auto parts store. -Allen

According to Honda specs, the 4-cylinder model is rated at 150hp at the flywheel. This translates to approximately 132hp at the wheelbase for a stock vehicle as per dyno tests performed by Import Tuner magazine (can't remember the exact issue number.) A 1999 V6 model is rated by the manufacturer at 200hp (at the flywheel.) I don't know exactly how much that translates to wheelbase power but, by interpolation, it should roughly translate to 176hp.

if it's a Canada model, it's the daytime running lights relay, if us model, then check headlamp relay located in underhood fuse box (also that's where drl relay is)

You will have to pull your tranny off, your throwout bearing is in the bell housing (front part of your tranny) while your in there it would be a good idea to check your clutch as well as your pressure plate. Good Luck Drive Safe

Use an impact wrench (1/2 inch works best) to loosen the harmonic balancer bolt. If you do not have one, you must keep the engine from rotating while loosening the bolt. Try leaving the serp belt on and add some more tension on the belt; then use a jerking motion to break free the bolt, you might get lucky...if that doesn't work remove the starter and insert something into the flywheel to lock it in place, then try to loosen the balancer bolt.

Behind the air filter box (between the air filter box and the firewall) and under the big black elbow that directs air into the engine is a small twist off cap and dip stick. This is the top of your transmission. Be careful when removing the cap and dip stick. It only takes like a 1/4 turn and then the cap shoul be able to lift straight out. The contents are not under pressure and it should be checked while the engine is idling and warm.

I'm pretty sure that it's built into the black dash cover. You need to take apart most of the dash and the centre console to do this. Basically, start by prying out all the air vents, remove all the screws, and then replace the whole dash surround. Not fun, but not all that hard

That depends on fast the oil is leaking out from the V.C. gasket and how soon you plan to adjust the valve clearance. If it isn't leaking much and the valve adjustment is planned soon, might as well wait until you have your valves adjusted since the valve cover has to be removed then anyway.

Pull the temperature control knob off, and see if it's broken. Open the hood of your car and follow the heater hoses back to the firewall. You will find a little box in there with a lever on it--the lever's got a little rod sticking out of it--that should have a cable attached to the little rod. The lever is the valve to divert coolant into the heater core. If the cable isn't attached to the little rod, the heater valve can't open, you won't get any coolant into the heater core and you'll ultimately freeze in there. The fix is pretty simple: just put the cable back on the little rod.

Dwell Angle is 30 - 40 deg, timing at idle with vacuum 8-12 deg BTDC, at idle wihout vacuum TDC, at 1500 RPM without vacuum 15-19 deg BTDC, and 3000 rpm withou vac 30 deg BTDC, Vac should be removed from the distributor and plugged. Plug gaps are 0.8 mm (20 thou). No 1 cylinder for your timing light is the first on the left bank, idel speed is 700-800 RPM. I have just replaced the right hand bank plugs, and just that has made my 350SL much sweeter, but they are a sod to get to, and removing the plug caps was a real chore. If you do buy new plugs mine requiiered the type with the screwed top removed, so be careful what you buy. Good luck, I have all of this to look forward to. Info is from the American Haynes manual (350 & 450 1971thru 1980). Your car should have contact breaker points, for which a gap is not given, so its whatever gap you need to get the dwell angle.

The engine in your Accord is an interference engine. For that reason alone, it is critical the belt be replaced correctly. Do it wrong and there will be severe engine damage as soon as you start the engine. Therefore, I recommend you have the belt replaced by a professional. This is not a job for a novice.

Any SAE 5W-30 brand oil, unless you are located in an extreme cold climate, then a SAE 0W-30. I prefer to use a fully synthetic oil (Mobil 1) due to its proven durability and reliability, but any brand will due as long as you follow the recommended intervals for changing the oil/filter.
