Time to visit a trusted A/T specialist. You probably have way more problems that a DIY repair can solve. But then again, You did not just change the transmission fluid and not use Honda ATF? If so, that may be the problem. You must use genuine Honda ATF in this transmission or you will experience the symptoms you describe. Normally a D4 light flashing means the computer has detected a major fault. The fault code can be retried with a scanner.

It sure is, and you can do it with just your ears. Turn the key to on...and LISTEN, very closely. The instant you turn the key on, you'll hear a soft "click" from the relay. This is your fuel pump energizing, to get the fuel pressure up. Two seconds later you will hear another click. Right now, the FI system knows the fuel pressure is high enough to start the engine, but the engine's not running, so it will turn the fuel pump back off. This is a safety feature: if you got into a wreck and the fuel pump was running, you'd have a big fire and explosion with lots of dead bodies. When you crank the engine, you'll hear a third click. The fuel pump has come back on and the injectors have powered up. You might have to get on the ground and stick your ear next to the place where the main relay is (on the side of the car behind the dashboard, about halfway up the dash) to hear this click because the engine has started cranking. If you hear all three clicks, the main relay isn't your problem. If you don't, the first thing you need to do is to pull the relay and resolder all the connections.

You can turn it off by simply pushing the button on the dash. Why would you want to bypass it?

The next thing to check on a 2004 Yukon when there is a bad horn is the wiring. Looking for any burned or frayed wires that connect to the horn.

Yes it does, above the rear doors in the ceiling. You can just flex the covers to get to them.

you should go to your dealer to get it programmed.i don't think it will cost a penny While you could do that, the answer is on page 22 of the owner's manual, along with a number of other settings using the data access function (buttons one and two on the turn signal stalk.)

I got my 2003 330xi to 'automatically lock the doors while driving' by opening the door manually with the key (stick the key in the driver's door and manually unlock it). After that, the doors will automaticlly lock when you go over ~10mph or so. If you unlock the door with your radio key (remotely by pushing the button) it won't work. Crazy, I know, but try it! The computer reads all sensor data and chooses the settings for fuel injector duration, ignition advance, cam set (in VTEC engines), and a whole host of things necessary to balance fuel efficiency and performance for the average driver. Most people are not "the average driver," though, so the decisions programmed into the computer are suboptimal for the type of driver you happen to be. By re-flashing your computer, you can (IF you get it right) improve performance or fuel efficiency or whatever is most important to you. It's a very tricky business though, so don't do it unless you have time to really book up or if you have another car at your disposal.

Both of these vehicles have cam belts. Both of these are interference engines. Both of these should have the cam belt replaced every 105,000 miles. On both vehicles if the belt breaks you will have internal engine damage.

It usually means your transmission is going bad. Is there a code (Check engine light on) with the flashing light?

It does not have a drive belt. It has a serpentine belt and a cam belt on the V6. The 4 cylinder has a cam chain. The cam belt must be replaced every 105,000 miles on the V6.

8th generation Civics (2006-up) have timing chains. Timing chains are more durable than timing belts. Unless there is a problem timing chains never get replaced; timing belts need replacing every 60,000 miles .
