Why shouldn't people lie?

Because as a noted author and philosopher Ayn Rand pointed out, it makes you another's slave.

Consider - if you tell someone a lie, you are constructing a false reality. Now, every time you see that person, you must go to the trouble of maintaining that false reality, continuing the old lie, and adding new ones as need be. The person's intelligence becomes your enemy, you need him stupid and gullible.

You end up then - best case scenario - a slave who must continuously pander to the idiocy of the person you lied to.

Best to not lie, and not be a slave, and thus not have to fake anything, or rely on the other's stupidity. Especially as the other probably isn't stupid.

How do you improve span of attention?

Assume you you are not unhealthy: psychologically, intellectually, medically, nor diurnally (day-night rhythms), you can use several methods. Like all learnt patterns, adhere to your traditional "alert" methods: time of day /night; furnishings, environments (alone /accompanied, quiet/ noisy, lighting, air conditions, etc.). Prior to the event, you may need to "prepare": mood-setting, bathroom needs, food-drinkr needs, interference-avoidance, blood-sugar & caffeine-timing & renewals to peak at the required timings. Rehearsal is best, since it is possible to be too alert, too peaky. In the actual event(s), normal body adrenalin can easily upset expectations. The placebo affect works well in all situations: self-hypnosis (self-talk) to delude yourself into a higher or lower alertness condition, as necessary.

What do you do when someone wants to fight you at school?

Fight them and hopefully win

I think you should think of a witty comeback. This way you can have a verbal fight instead of a physical fight. If you keep them talking they will eventually forget about mauling you and will start arguing with you instead. This may not seem very pretty but it's a safer way to go and less humiliating.

yeah but if your strong enough to fight them back what then do you fight or just sit there and let them punch you to c rap

First of all, they won't be punching you because they'll be hurling abuse at you and second it shouldn't matter whether or not you're capable and strong enough to fight this person, unless you want to get into trouble you shouldn't sink to their level. The only time you should fight this person is when you have no other choice and they are literally beating you up. In other words, when self-defence comes into the matter. Even if this fight gets reported and the truth comes out and THEY started it and you fought back protecting yourself and everyone knows it, you shouldn't fight because you know very well they'll never get away with it. That's just being cocky. They're not worth it and it's not woth going through all the proceedures because of something that could've been prevented.

I heard an ingenious solution to this question a few years back.

This person's wife was tired of her husband snoring...he snored whilst on his back. So what she did is sew a pocket in the back of his PJs, filled the pocket with a couple of marbles and securely closed shut the pocket. This solved her problem because he would not roll on his back anymore as it was uncomfortable.

What is the rarest Myers-Briggs type?

If the use of the term `rarest' is to imply `special' then there is no `rarest' MBTI type. The frequency of occurence of each of the 16 types depends on the polulation being considered and the form of testing used. Sex, occupation, race, age (though type may not change with as a person ages) each provide different distributions of Type. A quick look through the `Manual: a Guide to the Development and Use of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator' doesn't readily provide an answer to this question and I suspect that that is deliberate.

The point is that each Type has equal value and the ideal role of the individual as he or she matures is to learn to use the favoured functions that their type provides well while at the same time developing the less favoured functions for situations where these are required.

Having said that, INTJs and INTPs are usually among the least frequently appearing Types among tested populations (1 to 4% and 1 to 5% respectively).
