What do voices say to people who suffer from psychosis?

Speaking from experience, those voices can say just about anything at all during psychosis. But usually it's things that you don't want to hear at all. The person has absolutely no control over what they are hearing or what voice they hear. I not only heard my mothers voice but also my childrens, ex-husband and boyfriends voice along with many voices i wasn't able to recognize. And as strange as this sounds, i heard music, some of the songs i knew, some i had never heard and some were in Spanish, which i don't speak, but i swear it was Spanish. I also heard the news and Jeopardy even though the television was off. Figure that one out! All i can say is, if you experience this and are able to realize that what you are hearing is in your head, seek help as soon as possible, call someone, even 911, but never under any circumstance, drive to the hospital, have someone drive you.

Why does your brother set the alarm clock for 5 am but when it rings all he does is set it up for 630 am?

Maybe he has a hard time waking up, or sleeps hard. I set 3 alarms: one at 4 am, one at 4:15, and the last at 4:30. The last one is when I actually need to be up. Whatever works, right? Because he is lazy and inconsiderate. Set the alarm, hear the alarm, get your lazy behind out of bed! If he continues this behavior, set your alarm for 2 am, ensure that it wakes him up also, then hit snooze constanly until you need to get up. After a few days, he'll get the hint.

What are the similarities between a 1980 walkman and a IPod?

iPods allow you to take as much as 10,000 songs with you anywhere in your pocket. If you store music on your computer, then just plug your MP3 player into the computer and all of your music will be loaded onto your iPod within minutes. CDs take a while to burn, but CD players are good for traveling if you don't have a laptop, since you can always find a CD store where you can buy new music. CDs are better for live DJs because right now, the live mixing technology is still better (although more expensive) with CD than MP3. I'm trying not to be too biased, but it's hard to think of any advantages to CDs. MP3 players are far more flexible. I'm a mobile DJ and I use CDs for DJing, but only because I've got thousands of dollars invested in CD turntables, which aren't exactly portable. I bring literally thousands of CDs with me to every gig, but then I have trouble keeping my music library organised, so when a song is requested and I don't know off hand where it is in my CD collection, I often just play it off my iPod, which means I can't do much mixing. -DJ Craig Thats easy, an iPod is just a smaller version of a portable CD player that can hold a much larger amount of songs along with videos and pictures. I have a nano and love it. I highly suggest getting one. You can put all your CDs onto a device the size of a small cell phone.

You wish to find a particular song but do not know the song title or artist Is their a site that will recognize tunes that are hummed or whistled and then give suggested answers?

Probably not. If you know the lyrics to the song, you may be able to google the lyrics and you can probably get some results. You can also ask a friend if you think that they might know. If their was a site like that, you would have to let them access your computer microphone. Also, if the song is foreign to your country, not well known, or new, there may not be suggested answers.

Do you HAVE to buy music from itune for your ipod or there is any other way?

No, you do not have to buy music from iTunes.

If you purchase music from an authorized distributor, you may freely use (not distribute or share) the music.

If you own a compact disk, start the iTunes application and insert the compact disk into your computer. iTunes will ask if you want to import your music into your iTunes library.

Once in your library, you can sync the music onto your ipod.

Are there digital components for stereo systems How do I incorporate my iPod into my home stereo system?

1:st of all, find an amp that includes iPod compatibility. Like the Pioneer VSX 2016AV amplifier. 2:ondly, if your stereo DOES NOT have iPod compability you can use any amplifiers input together with a cord connected to the headphones output. In ANY CASE I cannot answer if the signal is digitally transferrred, probably it is in the Pioneer-solution I mentioned above. There might be a cable connector with digital (via light) that will fit your iPod. (That should answer the question part 'digital components'). ---

How much can the RIAA sue for each downloaded song?

It depends on whether or not you use a P2P to download. If you don't use a P2P and all you do is download it without uploading to anyone else, they can sue only enough to put in a 15' by 30' above ground pool. If you use a P2P, which uploads to others at the same time as it downloads to you, they can sue enough to put in an olympic sized pool complete with surrounding atrium and potted plants. If they really want to make an example of you, they'll include the tennis court and dog-run too.

Well, the iPod Nano is the only iPod with a video camera, and no iPod can take still pictures. Since no iPod can take still pictures, it can only take a picture of its screen. You really don't have a problem, its that the iPod can only take still pictures of your screen and not you.

What is meant by a 3 stage FM transmitter?

There are 3 stages of an FM transmitter which allow you to transmit information over the FM band. These 3 stages need to be integrated into a single circuit to form what is known as a 3 stage FM transmitter

  • A modulator circuit to add the information to be transmitted to the carrier wave produced by the oscillator. This is done by varying some aspect of the carrier wave. The information is provided to the transmitter either in the form of an audio signal, which represents sound, a video signal, or for data in the form of a binary digital signal.
    • In an FM (frequency modulation) transmitter the frequency of the carrier is varied by the audio signal.
Many other types of modulation are also used. In large transmitters the oscillator and modulator together are often referred to as the exciter.
  • An RF power amplifier to increase the power of the signal, to increase the range of the radio waves.
  • An impedance matching (antenna tuner) circuit to match the impedance of the transmitter to the impedance of the antenna (or the transmission line to the antenna), to transfer power efficiently to the antenna. If these impedances are not equal, it causes a condition called standing waves, in which the power is reflected back from the antenna toward the transmitter, wasting power and sometimes overheating the transmitter.

What is copy files to iTunes music folder when adding music to library?

If you copy files to iTunes Library, you will have 2 copies of the file on your computer. iTunes can play files that are not in the iTunes Library. It makes a link to them, like an alias.

For example, if you download a song, it might be in your downloads folder. If you let iTunes copy it to the iTunes Library, it will be in your downloads folder and your iTunes Library. If you delete the song from the downloads folder, it will still be in your iTunes Library, and iTunes can still play it. If you don't copy it to your iTunes Library, and delete it from the downloads folder, iTunes will not be able to play it.

You should set up iTunes so that it takes care of the files the way you wish. Don't try to arrange the files yourself by dragging them or copying them yourself into the iTunes Library folder. If you do that you might not see them in iTunes because the iTunes database has not been updated by iTunes. This is also true if you move files between the iTunes album or artist folders. Let iTunes do it and it will maintain the database and you can play all your music.
