yes they were made with no air if you cant find a belt routing find one for a wrangler with no air it is probably the same i think it has been a while ask at your local parts store for a diagram

Yes, BUT it depends on wheel/tire size. Most wheels that big will hit the corners of the bumper/fender, leading to custom bodywork/cutting.

Personally I wouldn't go 24 inch wheels, because it's too hard on the stock suspension. Smaller rims with bigger tires are more comfortable and softer ride.

You probably shouldn't even think of doing this job. The heater core is located under the dash on the passenger's side. It is in the same case as the A/C Evaporator core. To remove this unit requires dropping of the steering column and COMPLETELY disassembling the entire dash right down to the firewall. This includes disconnecting all electrical connections, vaccuum lines, antenna connection, etc. I have done this job to replace the A/C evaporator core and would not recommend it unless you have a lot of patience, are very mechanically inclined and make all kinds of notes so you can reverse the procedure to put it all back together. My buddies all thought I was nuts to even attempt this job and they were probably right. even though the job turned out successful and saved me quite a bit of money. There is an added danger if you have a passenger side air bag. GOOD LUCK

Additional Information: I agree with the above answer. I have received quotes from reputable places to do this work that run close to $1400.00 most of which is labor. Since you're talking about a 13-14 yr old vehicle you might want to wait til summer (assuming that your AC works) and trade up to something else.

There isn't one on the 1990 model. Cabin air filters are recent additions to some models AC systems and this feature wasn't on any car in 1990.

Check your NSS Neutral Safety Switch. It has connections inside to let the trans go into the gears, including controling the reverse lights. It is located on the passenger side of your Jeep on the side of the trans. Here is a website that will help with it. http://jeepin.com/features/nss/ You could also have a bad Tourque Converter. You might have a bad Solonoid at the trans that would control the turning on and off of the OverDrive. You might want to get an opinion at a trans shop before doing any else first. go to one auto shop store and buy some recharging A/C system kit, and also buy the couplings for your LOW SIDE A/C PORT, which is NOT r13-14a, is R12, that's called freon, the KIT is around 40 dolls and the KIT with the valves (converters from R12 to r13-14a) is around 10 dollars, you could make with these your conversion to r13-14a, good luck!

take your key and turn the lock on the drivers side door, turn till the security light goes off, hold for 3 to 4 seconds I get out of the car, stick the key in either door lock and unlock the door, then it should work. lock all your doors. go to the back lift gate and turn the key. sometimes the lock in the lift gate gets stuck and sets off the security system, exspecially after the battery died or was disconnected. I was just having the same problem after having it towed for 100.00 and two hours of taking apart the dash all it took was to lock the door open the hatch 1st with the key then unlock the drivers door. this worked for me i hope it works for you. The usual reasons are one or more of the following 1. Radiator cap bad (system must be pressurized to cool properly) 2. Bad themostat 3. Lower radiator hose weak. (at speed, the hose can callopse restricting the water flow) 4. The viscus fan is bad (this is the fan that is driven by the fan belt. It has a slip clutch) 5. Old or Improper coolant mix in radiator (should be 50% water/50% coolant) 6. Radiator needs to be flushed or rodded 7. Timing too high. NOTE: do not remove the thermostat. it is there for a reason.

I have had a broken filament in a brake light bulb do the same thing. they cross touch and allow power to cross into the other circuit. replace all brake bulbs. If condition still there also check the front turn signal bulbs. They all share the same circuit..

I would check the ground wire first just in case that is the problem. If not, get back to me with additional information.

Using a set of a/c gauges put the blue hose on the low side (suction side) and the red hose on the high side (discharge side) and make sure that there is no freon in the system and if you have freon in the system then you will have to go to an automotive a/c shop and have them reclaim it for you.. Put the yellow hose on your vacuum pump and let it run for about 1 hour and then let it sit for 1 hour so that you can see if it will at least hold the vacuum pulled. If so then let it run for an additional hour and then start the recharging process remembering to keep the low side readings between 30 to 40psi and the high side between 200 to 250psi depending on the outside temperature…………….

If the jeep takes a while of turning over to start or if it just won't start at all check to see if it is pumping fuel out. Also turn the key to the on position and see if you can hear the pump kick in.

They are located at the beginning of the exhaust just below the body of the car. They are easily found by following the pipe coming off the manifold, they actually look like mini mufflers and may be in any shape.

I'm assuming tight means seizing?

Lack of power steering fluid, defective pump, broken belt, seized front end parts (ball joints, tie rod ends, etc). Possible seized front u-joints if it's a 4x4.

I don't have an answer yet, so anything anyone can offer is appreciated. I would like to share though what I have done so others can do the same if desired: call the dealership and have them enter the issue in your file. Call the Jeep Corporate Service Line: 1 800 992 1997 to submit the problem...it might help to get a recall on the issue. Also, call the National Highway & Traffic Safety to submit the problem and receive a formal report from them to sign and return to the Nat High & Traffic Safety: 800 424 9393. Has anyone else had this problem with their lights? It's a serious safety issue that I hope is a recall soon so it's not an expense for the auto owners!

A lack of water in your cooling system will cause your 2002 Pontiac Sunfire to overheat. A malfunctioning thermostat can also cause it to overheat.

According to Alldata the 4.0L engine is not equipped with an EGR Valve. You don't have one on the 4.0

Factory rated at 190 hp, 225 lb-ft of torque at the crank (assuming you mean the 4.0L I6 and not the old GM v6 that was used in the 80s)

The same place that you check the level of the transmission fluid. The tube that the dipstick goes in is so large so that the fluid will flow down it easily. However, you may need a special funnel, one that has a very long neck, in order to be able to get the fluid into the tube. These are sold at all auto parts stores, and many other places. Check the level frequently, to insure that you do not over fill the transmission.

The horns are located under the passenger side head light behind the front bumper. You have to trace the wires back to the relay.

In your PCM not the alternator

Its built in the alternator be sure that you replace the alt with the same amp. alt it could be a 90 or 124 amp alternator. Replace the belt while you have the alternator off.

the fuse 4 the seats is actually circuit breaker #11 in the fuse block located over the break pedal. this is identified in the owners manual.Another fuse link is located under the carpet.
