What is the difference of stereo or mono?
Mono (monophonic, or monaural) is sound from a single source. All speakers in a mono system (like an intercom) will carry the same signal. Stereo (stereophonic) is sound from two sources, ideally spaced apart, and reproduces sound the way we hear it naturally, with two ears.

Why keyboard letters are randomnly placed?
The QWERTY keyboard is not random. It was designed by Christopher Sholes in in the early 1870's. He was trying to design a type writer that didn't jam up with rapid succession of the type bars moving (a fast typist). After trial and error for several years, Sholes eventually developed the QWERTY keyboard that had the lowest rate of jamming of all designs he tried. Well, Logitech makes a lot of keyboards and conclusively has the best gaming keyboard. There is the G19 LCD Gaming Keyboard which is every nice however pricey. I would just go with one of Xoxides light up keyboards that they sell for twenty dollars to be honest.
How do you make a degree symbol?
The simplest way is to type a small letter 'o', then to format the letter to 'superscript'.
This is done by 'blocking' the letter with the cursor, and using the menu tools to format.
In a word processing program such as 'Word' the procedure would be
- type an 'o'
- 'block' it
- click on Format
- click on Font
- tick the 'superscript' box

What is inactive cell in excel?
At any one time you can only be working on one cell in Excel, like when you are typing data. Even if you have many cells selected, only one can actually be used. That cell is the active cell. All other cells are inactive. So an inactive cell is any cell that is not the active cell.
Some typing skills are sitting straight-backed, feet on the floor. Try not to look at your hands and move your fingers as fast as you can. Most of all, go back and check if any of your words are mispelled.
Good posture is very important to help you improve your typing skill, but the skill is usually measured in the number of words you are able to type per minute. Someone who types 70 wpm would be said to have 'greater typing skill' than someone who types only 55 wpm. There are 'tests' you can take that will help you to determine what your current skill is. The number of errors, or mistakes, also count toward the final score.
To improve typing skills, practice is key. The best way to do this is to spend a little time each day typing something. Before long, your fingers will know what to do without you having to tell them, and you will become faster as time goes on.

Is the average secretary's left hand do only 23 percent of the typing on the keyboard?
No. The most common letters of the alphabet are on the lefthand side of the keyboard. They are e, r, s, t, followed by a. On the righthand side of the keyboard, only n and l are common letters. The spacebar can be used by either hand and is a personal comfort choice, as is the caps function.

Or, simply because of their functions. it depends on the user. for instance, if you're at home; you don't need a wireless keyboard right. but if you're in a lab, it would be very convenient to use one cause you don't want to have wires everywhere do you.

Turn off your computer (so you won't hurt anything). Then, run your rag over keyboard. Use rag to get in between cracks. You can also use Clorox bleach clothes to keep your keys and mouse clean and disinfected.

Where does the name 'QWERTY keyboard' come from?
Before the answer, here is something you can try at home. Type 'QWERTY.' Notice the placement of those letters on your keyboard?
Most likely, it came from the top six keys, starting with leftmost: they read exactly 'q', 'w', 'e', 'r', 't', 'y'. It is used to identify the "standard", canonical layout (as opposed to Dvorak keyboards).
How this layout was designed is a historical matter.
Back when people used typewriters, the keys were grouped alphabetically. This caused problems, however, because this meant that the most common letters were groped together. Back in those days, the typewriters were mechanical, and the hammers that printed the letters constantly became jammed. Thus the 'qwerty' keyboard was invented to space the most common letters away from each other. When word processing became electronic, the keyboard layout was so widespread that it would have been inefficient for people to learn how to type again.
How can you put the degrees symbol on your computer?
For Example: If you wanted to type 90 degrees on Word Pad or Ms Office, etc. Then on your right number key pad, type in 90, and then with left hand; hold down alt key, and simultaneously type in 167 on right number key pad; and the degree sign will show. Note: Make sure that number lock is on!
How do you type a schwa on a us keyboard using the windows OS?

This is a unicode character and will not display properly in all contexts. For example, it works in Wordpad, but not in Notepad.
If you are having trouble getting this to work, you can launch the Windows "Character Map". On my system it is located at "Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools" (this may vary with different versions of Windows).
In the Character Map, locate the Schwa symbol, you may then select it, and copy it for pasting someplace else.
Also you notice, when the Schwa is selected in the Character Map, the status bar reads U+0259. 259 is the Unicode number for this symbol in hexadecimal. 0x259 converted into decimal is 601, which is the code typed on the number pad. This can be used to type any Unicode character, if you are using an application that supports Unicode.
What is a funny word for mouse?
