Hate to say the obvious, your traction control does will not be working.

Not a lot you can do yourself apart from take it to a dealtership to sort. Check to see if your ECU warning light is also off, it may just need a reset by removing the battery for a few mins.

Make sure only the odometer display is on - ie. it is not

in trip a or b mode. Once done, press and hold the reset

button next on the left next to the steering wheel, then cycle

the key to accessories on. The dashes will disappear one by one on the odometer display until gone. Once gone the resetting procedure is complete.

s.b. at the top of the cam cover, will have an elec. lead to it.

There are three O2 sensors. Bank 1 Bank 2 and a down stream one. Make sure your changing the right one. Get an O2 sensor socket. After your rx is cooled down, spray penetrating oil on the threads of the bad sensor, let it soak, go inside and have lunch. When your done eating unclip the harness of the bad sensor. Use your O2 socket and turn out the old sensor. Apply anti-sieze to the threads of the new sensor and install it. Plug it back in.

Because the RX400h is a hybrid, it regenerates its batteries when slowing down. While doing that, the engine brake is disabled to maximize the regeneration.

While going downhill for a long time, you can enable the engine brake by putting it in the B gear.

My 1995 Olds Cutless Supreme SL 3.1L has a yellow trunk button in the glove box.

In 2010 Lexus RX350's started using Timing Chain's in the 3.5 engine, which require no maintenance (unless very high mileage is reached or parts failure). Earlier years <2009 had timing belts. I verified the 2010 model has a timing chain via contacting a local Lexus parts department.

Very carefully, with a lot of tools, a case of beer, and help from a good mechanic.

EJ says pull out the wiper assy away from windshield. Locate the clais in the middle of the wiper. Press clip relase tab and push the blade assy down. It should slide out easily.

Open the glove box, remove the 2 sides screws and let the box hang down. You are now looking at the filter holder. Pull out and replace the filter.

I just replaced the low beam bulbs on my 2000 RX300. The steps are: Purchase two new 9006 bulbs (Sylvania silverstar for example); press the plastic tab located towards the end of the connector near the wires to release a latch and wiggle the connector off (this is the hard part - I had to jam a screwdriver between the conncetor and bulb-base to prevent the latch from reconnecting while wiggling); rotate the bulb a partial turn until the fins line up with the openings in the holder and remove the old bulb (use a flashlight to see the arrows on the holder for which direction to turn); Reverse the steps with the new bulb. Don't touch the bulb itself. Do both R and L sides. - Mark

Open the glove box........in the rear of the dash box you will see a black cover which will pop out if pulled.....it is located in the rear upper area of the glove box.....pull gently until it comes off.....then remove the filter and replace. UPDATE: The previous response is the location/replacement of the CABIN air filter. The ENGINE air filter resides inside a plastic housing just to the northwest of the battery. On the right side of the housing are 2 bolts on the front and back that can be unscrewed simply with a 10mm socket. Once loose, pop the cover off and slide out the old filter. Put the new filter in with the side marked UP and FRONT. There's a tiny hose on the left-side that might need reconnected when you lift up the cover.

To change the side marker lights on this model, remove the screws of under cover that attaches to the bumper. It would be easiest to do if the vehicle was lifted up in some way.

In the front middle of the engine beside the exhaust manifold. Points upward. Remove the dust cover below the radiator to expose. You'll need a 10 metric to remove the 10 screws and an oil filter cap wrench to get to it easier.

Not hard to change the oil once you can finally find that little sucker!

There isn't one. The components of the VVT are the PCM power train control module, 2 oil control valves, an oil filter for each OCV, and an intake camshaft sprocket/actuator assembly. If your check engine light is on and it's pointing toward VVT issues I would check each OCV filter screen. That is often the culprit.

move the passenger seat fully forward and tip up the rear as high as possible.

you will see a cover with two plastic screws.

unscrew them and remove the cover.

this is the ecu for the navigation. on the left side there is a lock... slide it to the right. turn on the ignition.

push the eject button by the lock button on the ecu. the disk will pop out.

check the version that you have.

ONCE YOU INSTALL THE NEW DISK IT WILL ALSO UPDATE THE SOFTWARE AND YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO USE THE OLDER VERSION. SLIDE THE LOCK BACK TO THE LEFT AND REINSTALL THE COVER. MOVE THE SEAT BACK AND CONGRADULATIONS...

If your light is solid 1 bulb is burned out or if no lights blink it is a flasher located in your fuse box
