What can cause a clicking sound in the back passenger side panel of a 2003 Lincoln Navigator?

There is a door that diverts the air from the floor to the roof vents. It is controlled with a plastic gear and arm. The gear has stripped out and needs replaced. It's a $35 part but it takes a few hours of labor to replace it because you have to remove so much of the interior to get to it.

cabin filter in under the "dress molding" at the rear of the compartment (base of windshield, above firewall).

Has anyone converted their Lincoln Navigator from airride to a passive suspension?

Yes, I bought a conversion kit for my 1998 Navigator. Found it online. Basically it replaces the bags with heavier duty coil springs and shocks. I found it easy to replace the rears, but the fronts required a shop and mechanic. I paid roughly $500--this was about 60,000 miles ago. The ride isn't quite as nice, but totally acceptable. You will have to live with the suspension light on in the instrument panel, or follow the instructions that come with these conversion kits to disable it. I finally applied a small round black dot to the plastic lens in the instrument panel--just to keep mechanics from "notifying" me. One note, is that I just replaced the rear shocks with an upgrade to those provided in the conversion kit---better ride now. Car is going strong at 209,000 miles!

Where is the abs relay located on 1999 Lincoln Navigator?

ABS Sensor It takes two minutes to remove it, only one, very small bolt holds it to the hub and I believe it is a hex head drive you need to remove it. Just remove it, clean up the area around the hole and slide the new one in and hook it up to the harness. You might need some solvent to remove rust on the bolt if there is any, and then some anti-seize on the bolt when you replace it. I removed both of my front sensors as part of a lower ball joint replacement that I did (removing the hub entirely). The sensor is easy to replace. Remove hub nut and rotor shield to access the ABSsensor bolt, according to my manual

Every 3 Months or 3,000 miles whichever comes first

The 3,000 mile oil change is a thing of the past and is only recommended by people making money off changing oil or on the very few vehicles that still require a 3,000 mile oil change. Follow the manufactures recommendations or change it every 5,000 miles if you use conventional oil or every 7,500 miles if you use synthetic.
