What are Exceptions for search warrants?

There are a couple of exceptions to search warrents but you could get those answers in more detail by logging on to any defense attorney website and looking for warrent information. Illegal Search and Seizure.

I have been doing my own study on that and it is kind of hard to explain but the facts are that if you did not give permission and there is not a life and death situation the police and not search your home with out you permission. If you are arrested they have the right to search you. if you are arrested in a home they have the right to search only the area in the home where they arrested you. For more info like I said look up Defense Attorney in what ever state your at and pick one there website usually have all the information on that.

What things are put in alcohol to make you drunk?

Alcoholic spirits ... It's the fermenting process that actually creates the level of alcohol in those beverages.

----------------

The chemical produced by fermentation of sugar is C2H5OH commonly known as Ethanol (or surgical spirit). This is the chemical that makes you drunk and if taken in excess, over a period of time, it will damage your liver.

However, Ethanol is just one of the types of compound called Alcohols (they all have an - 'OH' group) another readily available Alcohol is CH3OH commonly called Methanol (or methylated spirit). Methanol is more poisonous than Ethanol which is why it is dyed purple when sold.

Home made 'moonshine' is frequently a mixture of Ethanol and Methanol.

Why does buying local help local economy?

In basic terms the purchase of produce from local suppliers means that the local economy benefits. This includes the cash flow through the area, employment for those people working for the supplier and the off shoot "other businesses" in the locality which will see the benefits of the financial turn over across the environment.

season products; Its a fact that when not in season there is a higher cost implication in "transporting in" from other countries or states. This impacts of the wholesale and retail pricing of the products as it encounters additional costs in transport. The suppliers of that product will be thereafter spending in their own country etc. Add to this is the additional cost of growing locally out of season produce. The costs are high as the produce is "forced", it is frequently, if vegetables, fruit etc costly to heat manually pick and crop and then it has to be priced against any-other supplier who may ship in.

What three factors qualify a work for copyright notice?

Assuming the material falls within the categories of copyrightable materials and is not excluded from protection:

Under US Copyright law there are only two requirements in order for a work to qualify for copyright protection. It must be of "sufficient originality" and must be "fixed in a tangible medium, perceptible to human eye, machine reader, or other device.

Copyright law does not protect works of employees of the US government, nor any "idea, procedure, process, system, method of operation, concept, principle, or discovery." 17 USC § 102 (b).

Therefore, a work is copyrightable if these three things are true:

  • It is Original - the work must be independently created, or, it must not contain any actual copying.
  • It has been Expressed - in other words, you cannot copyright an idea, thought, concept etc. These must be expressed somehow and the work must be
  • It is Tangibly Fixed - There must be a copy of the work that is capable of being perceived (So a physical or digital copy could apply here).
