Use numbers, lower and upper case letters, symbols, anything that it can read and use as many characters as you can. Write it down on a piece of paper and hide it and type it in TextEdit and save it somewhere only you know. On a Mac, providing the CD is not stuck, you can press the Eject key or right click on the disc's icon and select Eject from the menu that appears or you can drag the icon to the trash and it will eject the CD for you. If the CD has opened in iTunes you simply click the eject symbol next to the CD's name.

On a mac go to the blue apple and click. Force quit the operating system, not finder. In my case I use Firefox. Then go to the dock and click the system back on.

I suggest you reinstall ur iTunes, and then reset ur iTunes account password to see if you can log into itunes. If it still doesn't work. You can create a new iTunes account. Hope it helps.

If there was no scanning software with the scanner then connect the scanner to the Mac, switch it on and launch Image Capture (found in the Applications folder). Image Capture will recognise most scanners.

No, you cannot use a Windows "Program" (application) on a Mac. If it ends with .exe then it can only be opened/used with a Windows OS. And no you can't use an Apple OS program on a Windows OS.

You can now use Apples "Boot Camp" program to make a partition on the Mac computer to use a Windows OS now. Or you can use something like Parallels, VM Ware, etc, to "emulate" a Windows OS on a Mac.
