Check your installed program files for Blue Coat to see if there isn't an uninstall option hidden in the folder. A second option is to edit the registry and remove all mention of Blue Coat. assuming that your OS is an OEM and that it is windows XP home.
go into safe mode.
go in the account called "administrater", which is the first account on the list.
make a new admin account.
restart computer.
go to the new account that you made.
change your account to an administrater.

delete the new account that you just made.
