If the fuses and bulbs are all good, replace the flasher. there might be two. If that doesn't do it then it's probably the turn signal switch. Check for voltage at the wiring harness coming into the steering column with a test light. You should have a steady light with the key on. turn on the signal for one side. You should have a wire that will blink the test light. If you do then you have a bad connection somewhere close. if you don't then you have an open circuit from the fuse box. Hope this helps.
