grinding is a very intimate dance. it involves the actions of thrusting, swaying, and rubbing. to grind you can either thrust towards the persons hips from the front or sway and move your booty with your back to them. the back has more options when it comes to movements. you can either go side to side,in a swaying motion. you can gently go down and then thrust coming back up, and when doing so sometimes people brush their hands on the others legs playing with some parts of their bodies to add to the intimacy. but remember this is in public, how sexual do you really want to get?

**Juiliard is almost impossible to get into, first off. . . you have to have "the look". . . and if you don't have "the look", well sorry. . . and 2nd, you have to be able to speak english. . . as in Shakspeare english, and you have to know iambic pantamater, and how to use it with out being obvious about it, so yeah, it is a hard school to get into,

but me being a aspiring actor mixed with my competitive nature am going to strive to get into juliard. . . cuz it is a really good acting school

Yes, dancing can make you slimmer. If you do it long enough and work hard enough. If you only dance for 10 minutes it won't do anything, but if you dance for 30 mins, work hard, and dance everyday I'm sure after a few weeks or maybe months depending on the regularity of the dancing you should absolutely slim down.

Breaking the fourth wall is a definite no-no. It is to be done only in one person shows that call for it, mellodramas that call for it, comedies that call for it. Did you notice the pattern?

Breaking the fourth wall and including the audience usually has the effect of taking them OUT of the play rather than bringing them INTO it. In Mellodrama, there are plenty of 'asides' written into the script. This gives the actor the opportunity to express his thoughts to the audience, including them as a character. And, in fact, the audience expects this in mellodrama, Commedia del Arte and in most (not all!) one-person shows.
