How does constructive feedback contribute to the assessment process?
Feedback must be effective and provide guidance. Feedback must also be actionable and linked to specific learning objectives. I am supportive and deliver feedback in an appropriate manner that is reflective on their abilities. Constructive feedback is sharing information, rather than giving advice. Leaving the learner free to make their own goals according to their needs. I’m giving feedback to serve the needs of the learner, not to hurt their feelings. I’m specific when identifying key areas that the learner excelled or underperformed, giving feedback in a clear and direct manner that can be easily understood by the learner. If I have to give negative feedback, I have to be very tactful in how it is delivered, so the student’s moral is not reduced leading to disengagement. If I have to give negative feedback, I must provide guidance to support the learner to improve their performance and they know that they can do something about it.
To prevent participants from becoming over-involved or overwhelmed in a climate assessment process, it's essential to employ a phased approach. This strategy involves breaking the assessment into manageable stages, allowing for focused discussions and contributions at each step. Regular check-ins and feedback loops can also help keep participants engaged without feeling burdened. Lastly, clearly defining roles and expectations can help streamline involvement and maintain a balanced workload.

What are the four theories of the creation of state?
The four theories of the creation of the state are the following: Divine Right Theory, Social Contract Theory, Evolutionary Theory and Force theory
Force theory should be the easiest to understand. The state is created through some type of struggle or aggression and a people are conquered and assimilated.
Divine Right: The state was created from god and that only those of royal birth could rule that state. Each citizen was bound to god and therefore bound the the king or queen etc..... and to disobey would be a mortal sin
Social Contract Theory: A theory where people agree to form a government for their own preservation and protection. They agree to live within the rules of an established govt as long as that govt provides proection ie. Life, liberty and property
Evolutionary theory: the state grew from the basic family structure and head of the household. Families with mom and dad grew out to include cousins and that grew into communities that grew further out, but the idea is that it started at the most basic level, the family
Why do marathon training programs only take you to 20 miles?
Most novice runners max out at 20 miles because to run any further would leave them too tired to continue training for and running in the marathon. Having run 3 marathons and trained many others to do their first, I strongly recommend that the longest training run take no longer than 3 hours and 25 minutes and take place three weeks before the race. This should leave you in condition to continue your training and adequately recover before the race.
