Factory says for the 5.7; 325hp at 5500rpm at the rear wheels. The base corvette v8 is rated at 430 with the base v8 camaro rated at 426 both with the 6.2L. Just from experience the numbers do not mean anything, My ws6 is 10yrs old now and they do not have anything on it, still pure stock.

pull the calipers off. there might be a small washer on one or two of the studs. if there is pull those off and the rotors will come right off.

pop the rear door. remove spare tire cover. you'll see large turning knows to unscrew the whole tail light section. the bulbs have wires leading to them. turn and remove the socket. replace bulbs. easy!

There are 4 sensors on the 94 Firebird T/A, 2 in front, 2 in rear, these are located on the exhaust system, 2 before the catalytic converters and 2 after the converters. They look almost like spark plugs and have a wire going to them. You should be able to identify them no problem. Hope this helps!

you jack up the car, make sure that you use jack stands and blocks behind the wheel.. then from underneath the car you will see a cylindrical object. there are two bolts that attach this to the block. but first you need to disconnect the battery and make sure that the car is cool.. the exhaust is close to the starter. then go under the car and disconnect the wires to the terminals on the starter.. then you can take off the starter bolts using a 9/16 socket. do the reverse for installing the new one..

look down by the transmission under the car.

that's a lot of turn signal bulbs, are you sure you need to do 2006 of them?

1. Open the driver's side car door. 2. kneel on the ground. 3. Look at the emergency brake pedal. 4. Look past it to the fuse array.

100% synthetic will not go bad by itself. What makes 100% synthetic oil bad is basic oil filtration. The oil filtration system on a car is not very efficient, therefore allows the oil to get dirty. Once the oil gets dirty, the oil does not fare as well. There are brands of 100% syn oil that only require a 1yr/25,000 mile change (with guarantees-- google search 25,000 mile oil change). There are others (on store shelves) that require a 5000 mile change, but charge the same price as the 25,000 mile oil change. Make sure to look for 100% syn. There are syn oils out there that are actually a "synthetic blend", which means it's part syn, part conventional oil.

First depressurize fuel system remove vacuum line going into the top of regulator loosen fuel line nut going into bottom of regulator remove screw attaching regulator to fuel rail gently tug regulator outboard then up do opposite for installation

the TPS (throttle position sensor) controls the idle.

Look for a short in the power wire to the computer. A place where the insulation has been cut through by a sharp edge, or there is a problem with the computer, bad ground. If there is specific condition when this happens, only when it rains, look for water leaks around the fuse box or the computer.

I just changed the passenger side fog lamp on our 98 TA, I was expecting it to be a chore- but just as mentioned, raise the headlight and the hood, go in behind the headlight, twist and remove. There was no reaching around things, it's straight in, straight out. I didn't even get my hand or arm dirty. It took me 4 times as long to change the headlamp on the vehicle! I had to change both of them on my 98 TA and ended up with cuts and scrapes. The best way is to raise the headlights so you can get one hand through the compartment(top side)and grap the bulb holder. Then its just twist and pull.

PULL OFF THE RADIO & AIR CONDITIONER COVER BY PRYING FROM THE BOTTOM AND PULLINGTHE WHOLE COVER OFF GENTLY. YOU WILL SEE MANY COLORED WIRES BEHIND THE RADIO.GRAB THE YELLOW ONE IF NOT WRAPPED IN TAPE, AND WITH FLASH LIGHT FOLLOW IT TO SEE IF ITIS ATTACHED TO THE IGNITION SWITCH. IF YES START ENGINE, WHILE ENGINE IS RUNNING CUT THE YELLOW WIRE ANDCAP THE ENDS SONO SHORTS CAN HAPPEN.THIS IS HOW I DID IT AND ALL IS WELL SO FAR.PUT IN A OFF & ON SWITCH TO THE 2 ENDS THAT ARE CAPPED. LEAVE IT ON OFF, EXCEPT WHEN CHANGEING A BATTERY, THEN SWITCH TO ON WHEN STARTING FOR THE FIRST TIME AND WHEN RUNNING SWITCH TO OFF AGAIN AND LEAVE IT AS IT WAS BEFOR. I HOPE IT WORKS FOR YOU, AS IT DID FOR ME. GOOD LUCK

yes they can.only certain rims though.if you go to your local tire and rim shop they should set you up with a rim that can fit.I have a set of 22s on my 1984 el camino.Believe it or not i have even seen 26 inch rims on a el camino.You can see it to at eastcoastryders.com

Mercury changed the style of the Grand Marquis in 1995. 92-94 are compatible, 95-97 are compatible. You might be able to force it and figure out a way to get it to work, but it probably wont look good. My family have a 1993 and 1997 Marquis, and the front ends are different.
