What ingredients are the original ingredients in a Taco?
A taco is a preparation or finish product just like burritos or enchiladas, and there are no "original ingredients" in it because the ingredients vary from one area to another. For example, you might find fish tacos on areas close to the coast and maybe beef, pork or chicken tacos in rural areas, but basically tacos are made from anything you like to put in them. Some areas like to use the nopal cactus, while others prefer meat. One thing is basic on tacos and that is the tortilla... normally made from corn "masa". Mostly in the US the flower tortilla is used, but is not as common in Mexico. If you are trying to make a specific type of taco, then you would want to re-phrase your question to include the particular name of the preparation. For example: tacos de adobada, tacos al pastor, tacos de carnitas, tacos de nopales, etc. Hope this helps.

How long should you cook a 6 ounce burger for it to be medium rare?
Ground beef should ALWAYS be fully cooked! It's not like eating a steak rare. More people have gotten sick from eating partially cooked hamburger (and there have been more recalls from companies on produced ground beef that is bad) so, take a risk ... eat it rare or hit the ER. It would take about 2 minutes on each side (enough to brown the meat quite well on each side. If in doubt about the inside, then take a fork and partially and gently pull a little of the meat apart in the middle of the burger.
Don't say you weren't warned about eating rare hamburger.
Do not believe the above propaganda. It is also not the answer to the question. The question was how long one should grill a half a pound if you WANT it rare. 3 minutes on each side should do the trick. Make sure the grill is really hot when you start.
Bon Appetit!!!
Does suger effect the freezing point in homemade ice cream?
Yes it does effect how fast it freezes because in the same way when you boil sugar and water the sugar is superheated but the water isnt, when you put it concentrated or not in the freezer then its the sugar that will mostly crystalize if they're's too much and it wil be dry or slimy or if you put too little sugar then it will be hard like ice and cream with a little sugar. People usually use the corn syrup or the brown sugar instead of granulated sugar.

The pH of tea varies widely depending on the strength of the tea, and the type of tea used. Some green teas, such as chun mee, which have a sour flavor, are naturally slightly more acidic.
The more strongly you brew tea (meaning, the more leaf used per amount of water, and the longer the steeping time), the more acidic the tea will be, and thus, the lower the pH will be.
There are many sources that state the pH of ordinary black tea is normally from 6.0 - 6.6, but one scientific study measured it as low as 4.9. Even this lower figure is still within the normal range of mild food and drink. Soft drinks, by comparison, have a much lower pH. For comparison, pure lemon juice has a pH of around 2. The pH of tea is high enough that it is not a matter of health concern for anyone.
