First remove the timing cover , and then remove the Idler, this is the one with the eccentric on it. At the top of the motor you will see a knotch, and on the cam gear you will see a hole, line those up, make sure the crank keyway is straight up, and put it all back together.

There is no oil in the crank case,,you use mixed gas and oil that's what lubes the crank bearings and piston rings.

Long as your only unsig it in your lawn mower then no problems. Just don't leave it sitting around for weeks as normal motor oil will separate from the fuel faster than 2 stroke oil.
