Yes, local landlord/tenant laws will dictate the required minimum notice period for a "tenancy at will", especially where there is no signed document indicating some other period.  It is often one month, hence the term "month-to-month" rentals which need no written contract at all.
I've learned that the term is often dictated by the frequency with which you pay rent. If monthly, then 30 days' notice; if weekly, then Iowa, as an example, requires ten days notice by either party to end the arrangement. In the absence of a written rental agreement, the state laws have pretty good built-in protections for both parties. I'm not an attorney. No and all you are going to get is a neighbor phoning the police and arresting you for "indecent exposure!" The best you can do to get rid of raccoons (of course you know they are nocturnal, but it's not uncommon to see them during the day in small towns or cities) is to clean up any garbage you have and don't leave pet food outside, chicken feed, bird seed, etc. Other than that you can rent raccoon traps (harmless to raccoons) and relocate them or pay more and have someone do that for you.

I have four of these vehicles. The one with the 5 speed is the one that was doing this. It would sometimes stall at stop lights, restart and it was normal. I had a guy clean all the carbon out of the intake system which cost about $105.00 and it does not stall anymore. Be aware that he had the equipment needed to do this. I have heard that running a product named "Seafoam" through the intake can clean out carbon buildup. This is done two ways. The easiest way is to add the Seafoam directly to the fuel tank. Check the bottle for the proper amount to add. The second way is slightly more difficult, but probably more effective. First, start the vehicle. Then disconnect the vacuum hose that runs into the brake booster. SLOWLY add the product by introducing it into this line. The vacuum pulls it into the intake system. Do not choke the engine with it, add it SLOWLY. After adding the amount you are supposed to (again, check the bottle), shut the motor off and let it sit a while (1 hour?) During this time, the Seafoam will basically steam clean the intake. When you restart it, it will smoke like a freight train out of the exhaust, this is the carbon being blown out. DO NOT DRIVE IT, let it sit and run. Seafoam is catalytic converter safe, so don't worry. After this is done, the carbon problem should be much better, and power may be better. I've done this before, and it seems to work well. Check with a mechanic for clarification as to the vacuum line location. Good Luck.

The answer is poor communications. The tooth fairy has a very poor regulatory department and it is a common fact that many legitimate cases of tooth reclamation go un-noticed and consequently unfulfilled. What is required is that the submission (teeth underneath the pillow) has to be more liberally advertised to attract the attention of the tooth retrieval department.

Now I understand that it may seem more than a little unethical to go around advertising the fact of your claim, after all children are suppose to be seen and not heard. But if you wish the tooth reclamation department to take notice of your claim then you kind-of has to force them to notice. It is a sad fact that such incompetence plagues many governmental departments just not the tooth fairy and complaints and even protest often have to be mounted before governing bodies take notice and do a proper job.

Now don't get belligerent right away. Start out with a passive approach first. eg. 'Grandma, the tooth is ignoring my claim. I'm very sad. Grandpa the tooth fairy is rejecting my claim. I lost eight teeth, got them ripped out of my head and she isn't even responding. I feel shunned."

The more people who know of your situation the greater the chances of the information getting back to the tooth fairy and your claim getting processed.
