How do you remove the front door panels to replace the front speakers of a 1993 Nissan Altima?
There are 5 or 6 bolts you need to remove; there are three along the bottom of the door, one in the little pocket where you usually pull the door closed and one underneath the window controls, as well as one underneath the armrest. To remove the master window control and the door lock mechanism, use a flat-head screwdriver to pry them out (they are just clipped in, but be careful) and disconnect the wires underneath these control boxes (also just clipped in). There is also a bolt behind a plastic cover underneath the armrest on the door, and the cover can be pried off with a flat-head screwdriver. once you remove the screws, lift the door panel up and the whole piece should come off as one. Once you have the panel off, you have direct access to the speaker and there are 4 bolts around the speaker that will let you replace said speaker. When you put the whole thing back together, have patience putting the panel back on; you have to put the top of the door panel in where the window comes out of the door, and it should fit very snugly. Make sure the door panel is in the same position it was before you took it apart or the bolts won't line up and the whole thing will rattle. Put the bolts back in any order, but make sure that you put the one back in underneath the controls and the one underneath the armrest. There are three on the bottom of the inside of the door. Hope this helps.
How do you change tail light bulb on a 2004 jeep liberty?
By opening the tailgate, you will see two star headed screws. you may need an extension and good lights to get to them. Carefully looses each one with firm pressure using the old standard, (righty tighty, left lucy). Again, be careful not to strip these screws because the can be hard to find.
Next, use a medium sized screwdriver and apply steady pressure between the body and the light case. (MY HUSBAND JUST PULLED THE LIGHT CASE OFF WITHOUT HAVING TO USE A SCREWDRIVER) There are two pins that hold the brake light in place and they need to pulled back carefully so as not to scratch the paint. The brake light is the compartment on the bottom (ACTUALLY IN MY JEEP IT WAS THE TOP CASE) , twist and pull. The unit will come out and then the bulb can be replaced. It should pop into place. Everything else will work in reverse when it comes to assembling the whole unit. (THIS WAS HELPFUL! THANK YOU TO WHOMEVER POSTED IT!!)

You need to replace the fuse for your rear defogger and wiper but where is it in the fuse box?
Read your owner's manual. This information can be found there. No its not, it just shows where the fuse box is under the engine hood. I can't read which one is for rear wiper, or rear defogger. If you are unable to use the rear wiper and defogger, it is likely due to the fact that the rear window is down ever so slightly. I fought this problem for weeks until I rolled the window down and back up. Now the defogger and wiper work!!!

How do you replace the rear signal light in a 2002 Toyota Sequoia?
After you remove the two screws in the back panel, the have to pull the assembly. The best way for me to describe it is, you have to move to the side of the truck and pull the assemble towards you. You cannot pull it straight back. There are two pins that allow the light cover to be secured against the back of the truck. One pin is towards the top, the other pin is towards the bottom. I used a screwdriver to GENTLY help me pop the pin inserts out.

How do you remove the center console in a Toyota sequoia?
2001 Toyota Sequoia:
Accessing the Center Console to remove/replace the JBL amplifier powering the rear speakers.
The bolts you'll have to remove have 10mm heads. Locate a crescent wrench, a long extension if you have one, and a 10mm socket. A flat blade screwdriver may be helpful in removing the wiring harness plugs, I just used my finger nails.
1. Remove the shifter knob on the center console 4WD shifter (assuming you have a 4WD model).
2. Grab the center rib of the console tray (the tray under the shifter) and lift straight up. The black tray with leather shifter boot popped up and out quickly easily without prying.
3. Next you'll need to remove four (4) 10mm black bolts to lift up the center console to get to the amplifier installed underneath.
4. Remove two bolts at the rear of the opening under the tray just removed, at the front of the center console.
5. Open the center storage and pop out the plastic CD organizer tray from the bottom of the center console storage area.
6. Remove two 10mm bolts in the bottom/rear of the section.
7. With these four bolts removed, grab the front of the center console section and lift up and back, the center console will pop apart from the front console skirt.
8. To improve access and tilt the console back higher, remove the wire bundle clip right under front of the console (probably AC controls).
9. The JBL amplifier is held down by two gold colored 10mm bolts, remove those.
10. There are two wire bundle connected to the amplifier, squeeze the tabs on the white wire bundle connectors to remove them.
11. Remove the JBL amplifier. Twenty minutes elapsed time.
12. Reverse these steps to bolt everything back up.
I'll post pictures at www.tundrasolutions.com when I replace the amplifier.
take car to autozone have them to read codes they should be able to point you in the right direction

I am attempting to diagnose similar humming sound that appears to be coming from differential. One theory is the 4WD actuator is sticking enough to leave slip collar partially engaged causing a grr....ing sound that translates into a hum at high speed. This might be an easier fix than new differential beaings. 2003 sequioa SR5
