Do Americans need visas to visit France?
A US passport will do.
However, France is a part of the Schengen territories. Basically this means you can stay in France for up to 90 days on a normal short stay visa (given upon entry to the country). You must then be out of France at least 90 days before you are able to return again for a visit.
If you wish to stay longer you will have to apply for a different kind of visa.
That is based on my personal experience with travel back and forth to France. It would behoove you to read the article listed in related links.

go to HMRC website, and use their (feeble) search engine

Do barbadians need a visa to travel to UK?
Entirely depends on the nature of your visit.
Barbados is not included on the UK Border Agency list for Visa and Transit Nationals and as such you can visit the UK without a visa. If however, you intend to work, study, marry or essentially perform any activity other than short-term tourism then you are likely to require a Visa.
You shouldn't make travel arrangements though without checking first with the relevant authority as visa restrictions and arrangements can change suddenly. The UK Border Agency has a website that will keep you up to date on all Visa requirements.

A visa is the legal tool that lets someone who is not from the United States come to our border and ask for permission to enter, and there are many different types of visas which all have their own rules and limitations.
If you want to study in the United States within a full-time program, for example, and you aren't from the US, then you need to ask the department of state for a Student Visa.
When you receive your Student Visa you will come to a US port-of-entry and ask US Customs and Border Patrol if you can enter. If you are admitted, then you must uphold the responsibilities of your Student Visa while you are allowed to stay here.
If you come from one of the countries which participate in the Visa Waiver Program, WVP, and you want to visit the United States, you may not need a Visa to come to a United States port-of-entry to be inspected.
See the related links for more information on Visas.
Answer 2I think the first answer is a bad answer because it only discusses visas to enter the USA. The question does not mention the USA, it is generic.
A visa is a document issued by a country's government allowing the holder to enter and / or to leave that country.
Whether a visa is required, and how to obtain that visa depends on the laws of the country to be visited, what you intend to do there, and also on your nationality.
For example:
Country A may require visas from citizens of country X if they want to live and work in the country, but not if they are visiting as a tourist for up to 60 days. But citizens of country Z require visas for all purposes, including tourists.
Country B may require visas for all visits from citizens of Z, but never from citizens of X.
Visa rules are usually reciprocal, it is the same rules for citizens of A visiting B, as it is for citizens of B visiting A.
A visa may consist of a stamp in your passport, or a separate document.
A visa is usually obtained from the embassy of the country to be visited.

Is it easier for an illegal alien to become a citizen if he has a child in the Malaysia?
Sounds like it would be a good reason for filing a cancellation of removal. The drawback is that you must turn yourself in to ICE and have them begin deportation proceedings. If approved, the person can become a legal permanent resident (assuming the mother has an otherwise good background)

How long can a Canadian citizen married to a US Citizen stay in the US?
I married a Mexican citizen in Mexico and I am a US citizen, and we currently live in Mexico. You can only live in Mexico for the time they alloted on your white paper when you entered the country, usually it is 90-180 days. During that time you should apply for a FM2 at the immigration office. An FM2 is a visa that allows you to live in Mexico. You would qualify for it because you are married to a Mexican citizen. An FM2 is good for as long as you want provided you renew it every year and you can become a citizen after having it for 2 years. FM2 allows you do live and participate as a Mexican citizen would. I currenlty have an FM3, which is a working visa. I got it through my employer. If you want to work in Mexico you could get an FM3 and that would also allow you to stay in Mexico, but it needs to be renewed every year. Good luck and I hope that this helps a little.
Where can you get a Visa application for India?
One would apply for a travel visa through that country's consulate or embassy, or directly with their government body overseeing immigration. The exact procedures, rules, restrictions, fees and processing times differ from nation to nation and in some cases between different types or classes of travel visas, so it is best to contact the desired country's offices directly in order to obtain more information.

Can you renew I-94 within the US?
YES, YOU CAN. I hold an L1 Visa. I entered the country via JFK. CBP stamped the expiration date of my passport on the I94 (instead of the L1 Visa exp. date). I renewed my passport. In my case, as my POE was JFK, I went to the US Customes and Border Protection office in Terminal 8, first floor - Arrivals, room 11-161. This is called the Deferred Inspections Unit. Phone number is +1 718 5535499. You go there, give them for two passports and I94, they get it done in 30 minutes.

How do you marry girlfriend in US on tourist visa?
They have to become citizens of that country to marry that person.
As long as she came to the US legally, and has proofnoprior marriage (proof of divorce) you can marry her in the US or her home country. It would be easier to marry her in the US and apply for I-485 status adjustment. They do not have to be a citizen of the country as stated above. You should still consult an immigration lawyer. Unless you are on the tourist visa, then rolls simply change. You need to file for I-485, and your US citizen spouse needs affidavit of support and other forms of documents.

1-5 YEARS DEPENDING ON THE REGION OF THE UNITED STATES WHERE THE COUPLE LIVES.
in massachusetts, you have to get a lawyer (for it to be easiest adn quickest) and there are cheap places to go to get one. and the lawyer contacts the ins and after 2 months you go to immigration, wait in a long line with spouse and lawyer and show them proof of marriage and income above the poverty level. then if all goes well, you get working papers. then they will give you a date that you and the spouse will go to your interview for conditional green card, usually 4 months later. and bring your lawyer, proof that it is a real marriage, and you get a 2 year conditional green card. then in 2 years, or usually 90 days before expiration of the card, you two go and apply for the 10 year card.
