I always uninstall programs with Windows Add/Remove Programs. Start-Control Panels-Windows Add/Remove Programs-opencv-Uninstall. If opencv still remains, unstall it under Safe Mode.

Why not use an opencv uninstaller to uninstall opencv? this uninstaller can save your all the steps above.

This problem can have several causes. Most often it is a memory error. If you have several sticks of ram try removing one at a time. If the problem goes a way you have a faulty ram module. call your isp and find out if you're setup for the correct server. if this worked before, it's likely that the server's down. if you can't get to an internet site either, you're internet's down or tcp/ip settings are incorrect. overall just talk to your email provider and they should be able to solve this without a problem.

The problem in the political system in the Philippines is that it cannot go with the changes in the country. For example, there are no laws that answer the problems in corrupt officials( if ever there is, it is not exercised properly). The people in the government also adds to the political turmoil in the country. There are many corrupt officials who are free to do what they want. It's a speed sensor switch on the car that needs to be replaced. I don't know where the first answer is coming from. I'm not aware of any switch regarding the speed sensors, maybe I'm tired.
