I'm having the same problem. I replaced the ignition module, battery, mass air filter and the computer and it still stalls. I notice it happens more frequently while driving after or during a rain storm. I am going to have to check the crankshaft sensor and most likely replace them. From what I have read that seems to be a problem related with the eldorado stalling out.
Calibration and computer component in some cases cause the eldorado to stall.
Also, the fuel rail and return line may be leaking, which there has been a recall involved with this issue. This can cause fires and be fatal. The recall number is: 04V110000 Eldorado
